I started spinning tunes as a DJ at the tender age of 16, igniting the party scene for my crew. Back in '87, I joined forces with some amazing friends to launch a mobile DJ setup that was truly epic. We'd roll up to gigs, blow the crowd away, and create memories that still make me smile. Around 2007, I began exploring the world of electronic music production, crafting my own beats and experimenting with sound. baiodeejay was born in Milan in 1970; grew artistically between dark music and anglo-saxon psychedelia, finds his musical identification in the panorama techno and trance tied to the Detroit scene of the 90's (Damon Wild, Mix Master Morris, Ritchie Hawtin, Orlando Voorn, Jeff Mills, Tim Xavier etc). In the 2000s the his love for the new electronics and a growing interest in house music artistically they will direct him toward the minimal - house and electro mainly linked to Berlin's German scene; musical style influenced by artists like Kraftuerk, Pink Floyd, Brian Eno etc. Matured in the Milan underground scene; today is the owner of an independent record label, called Habitat Recordings L.T.D, founded in the late '90s as well as DJ of some milanese and european clubs where also performs with his crew. Even though I consider to be a hobbiest of sorts, I have been the resident DJ for Club Argos in Augusta, GA over the last 5 years. I am looking forward to the beginning of 2015. I will be moving operations over to or new sister club, Edge Nightclub in Augusta. Growing up in a musical family, I learned to play different instruments at an early age and loved music as a child. That love for music carried over to DJ'ing in the club scene. To sum it all up... I love to see people dance and get lost in a good beat.
