My introduction to deep house and all things free party couldn't have been better - 1994 and Smokescreen Sound system. As soon as I heard that first mix tape and knew I'd found what I'd been looking for musically at last! After going to club nights, parties and shindigs in secret locations for about 8 years I knew although I loved getting on down to that deep groove, that I wanted to participate by laying down the wax. So then in 2001/2 I embarked on an adventure with dual CD decks at first for a year - what an apprenticeship that was! Citronix decks with just 2 buttons per deck for cueing backwards and forwards - no jog wheel! What a nightmare! However, after actually getting that to work after a year, when I then bought my first pair of Technics 1200 Mk 2's, mixing was so much easier and came naturally after all the messing about pressing cue buttons! Next I had to find someone to let me play. That's where my dear friend Carl Kaotic and Wireless Soundsystem entered! in 1990 after a travel i discover the techno music i bought his first K7 like :The Orb/razor edge 'import compilation'/808 state/LFO/Praga Khan/Two little boy/megabas/sl2/ & Many more acid beat,break,trance ..... it was a ravelation* for me and goes to big Party in Clubs like Le Rex -Le Palace – KitKat Privilege -le Néo-le Gibus-Rave party. etc…. In 1992 i started to mix with too k7 player and mixer for friend’s parties and started to be fan of the label Harthouse/Noom/EyeQ/Tip/DragonFLy/flying rhino/Platipus*Rising High*/(Fairway-Automate-Javelin)/Omnisonus/return to the source (acid trance-trancecore…)etcetc.... till this year he passed by different styles like: Techno,Techno-Ambient,Ambient* Hardcore,Tech, Trance ,Goa,Progressive house & melodic Techno... a big Thank to Guillaume la tortue , Jean Marie Koné , Olivier Planeix pour leurs superbes compilations et mix , scan X , Dj Sonic,L'exorciste aka chaotik ramses , Radio Mentale & FG*+Nova , Mazen "Techno Import" , Speedy J , Liza N'eliaz , Laurent Ho , The Orb , Fluke , underworld , Prodigy......& many many more for your neurophonic trip sharing. I do not claim in any case to be a pro dj or equivalent, I do this out of pure passion for the electro sound. I try to share and make you feel the emotion and the force that escapes from these styles of music that made me what I am. I focus on doing it the same way as some mixer compilations in the 90s.
