Born n bred in South London,Loved all sorts of music from an early age,I started buying records from about 13 onwards,mainly synth pop,early electro,hip hop,soul etc. Was really in to this new 'Acid' sound,started going to parties and buying more Tunes,I got made redundant and got a pay off from my employer so invested in a pair of Technics and the rest is history. Played on pirate stations in and around london-Chic,Energy,Storm and the legendary Planet Fm. Played at Dungeons,Club 414,Eurobeat 2000,Bagleys,Chunnel and Planet/WW4 in Brixton I am currently going through the slow and labour intensive process of digitising my vinyl,as i do so i will be posting mixes of all genres from early acid to hard techno/gabba to DnB so keep checking back,you might find something you like. Please feel free to leave comments about the mixes. WPG & HARDCORE UPROAR is run by some of the original warehouse party organisers. WPG has been running old skool events for the last 8 years. Over that time we have worked very hard to make our night stand out from the rest! We keep the vibe alive by playing what was played at the 89 to 91 warehouse parties. We are now in our 6th year and we're planning to move forward to give you that slice of the past when only the party mattered... Peace :)

Started collecting vinyl in the mid 80s, before getting into the Acid House music scene a little later in the same decade. Attended the Blackburn Parties, and many, many clubs around the North and North West of England at the time, and over the years I have been fortunate enough to have played at a number of different venues around the North West, playing at events alongside DJs such as Dave Charnley (Hacketts), John Jepson (Blackburn Parties, Zone), Matt Bell (Zone, Empire, Angels), Paul Walker (Empire), Paul Taylor (Empire, Angels, Retro) and Revenge Legends Welly & Greenbins to name but a few. I still play out from time to time at various select old-skool events. Hope you enjoy the mixes, please feel free to share and leave me some comments and feedback.
