Hi every one my name is peter voss aka DJ P VOSSI i started djing at the age of 18 when i started to go out to the pubs and clubs and i stared to here the sound of chicago house music. artists like mr fingers - marshall jefferson - adonis - on the house. i loved the house rap music to. my first gig was in a pub in feltham railway club all i had was one deck &; one cassette deck. and when i got enough money i brought my first decks technics 1210 mk2 and i still have them today. i now mix with pioneer xdj rx3. i got over 2000 vinyl from house to pop and rap and hardcore and white labels and over 50.000 mp3s and counting i have played in wine bars at rave partys clubs & pub music genre i play trance / house / hard trance / hard house / electro house / commercial house / progressive house hardcore / chicago house / thanks for reading my bio

Been a Disc Jockey for close to 40 years. I worked clubs in NY/Long Island & Florida working some of the best clubs during their times. If you're familiar with Long Island, back in the late 70's and early 80's I worked every OBI which their were 3 of them. The one in Hamptons was outrageous during the summers as it was the place to be. Spinning in front of 1500 to 2000 people every Friday & Saturday night was a blast. Sunday afternoons was mind blowing.By time the mid to late 80's came around my favorite genre was Latin Freestyle. The music was smoking hot!! I had a 4 year run at this club in Bayshore called Club Paradise from 1985-1989. One thing about latino's they know how to party!!!. I had every track act in this club which only had a 600 capacity. To date it was by far the best club I ever worked. Hanging out with the likes of Stevie B, The Cover Girls, TKA, George Lamond Judy Torres & my favorite female freestyle artist, Cynthia was a trip. The music was real. The crowds partied real hard & to this day I still enjoy the music. Every now & then I pull out the autographed pictures from all the artists that I broke in this club and I smile thinking about the memories. I hung up the headphones a few years back & only break them out to do a classic disco or freestyle night. I also appreciate real good house music with piano grooves and riffs.

Started collecting vinyl in the mid 80s, before getting into the Acid House music scene a little later in the same decade. Attended the Blackburn Parties, and many, many clubs around the North and North West of England at the time, and over the years I have been fortunate enough to have played at a number of different venues around the North West, playing at events alongside DJs such as Dave Charnley (Hacketts), John Jepson (Blackburn Parties, Zone), Matt Bell (Zone, Empire, Angels), Paul Walker (Empire), Paul Taylor (Empire, Angels, Retro) and Revenge Legends Welly & Greenbins to name but a few.
