Started out going raving in the early 90's, my mate then got a set of decks which we used to spend hours on. I was hooked and got my first set of belt drives, practising as much as I could. Started doing house parties and from that got a few sets playing out. I then invested in a set of 1210's. Not wanting to be tied down to one genre I experimented in different styles. Started off playing Jungle and D&B as DJ Structure then got into UKG, Breakstep and House. After 17 years using vinyl I got my first pair of CDJ's and have recently traded them in for an XDJ-RX3. After a bit of a hiatus after the lockdowns I'm back in the game mixing House. I have Played at loads of local events, pirate radio, Internet radio and a fair few countries in Europe on my travels. Follow me on Twitter @PsykoMantis Born, and raised in the great city of Chicago, I started playing around with audio samples, and making cassettes for friends in Florida. We used to build skits, play our favorite songs, mix sound effects together etc. It was a time before cellphones, email, and facebook and a way to melt distances between friends. Later on in 1998, I met a DJ by the name of "Gemini" who introduced me to vinyl, and mixing music. I continued listening, making mix tapes, and collecting records well into the 90s when I got my first set of real turntables and mixer in 1996. I experimented throughout the 90s until I got a job at a local cable company running the public access station Channel 4 that served over 100,000 subscribers in the Chicago-land area. I used to play music during breaks of shows produced by local talent. After receiving fantastic feedback from the masses I figured I had a talent for mixing music. 1999 I attended and graduated from the Illinois Center for Broadcasting as my career seemed to be heading in that direction. I produced hundreds of shows "The Basement Sessions Live" and started posting them on Myspace and Internet as it was developing. I spread many of my mixes throughout South America, Canada, and Europe by placing them on public FTP sites, bot-serving them on IRC, and bulletin board systems. It was fun to meet people that tracked me down and have heard my mixes. During the middle to late 2000s, I held residencies at The Zoo, Zentra Lounge, Tini Martini, Champs Sports Bar, Bottom Lounge, Winchester Club. I've played in well over a hundred venues as a guest DJ and MC working with some of Chicagoland's best talent and hustling promoters. Today, while my career sadly has not gone anywhere near broadcasting, my house-music heart still beats loudly and proudly. I still produce weekly shows each more technically embellished than the last. I try to make every show special than the last. I produce all my own content using internet clippings, memes, and photoshop. Flyers are produced for every show, and no mix is ever the same. Today in 2015 I still produce mixes, work with various producers, and align myself with the amazing Chicago House Music Community. It's been a family to me for all these years. The people within the community help me make Chicago home. They are the reason why I'm still here. The people that listen in, say hello, thank me for my mixes/music, and generally give me constructive feedback is why I continue to rock the decks. While I try to use the latest in cutting edge technology, every show I produce is NEVER synced, completely improvised, no set lists, completely random, and I try to keep talking to a minimum. I want the music to present itself in the smoothest form possible. I strive for the perfect mix every time, yet I never am satisfied. Papo "Fizz" Mc also known as just 'Papo', grew up on Chicago's south side. He was originally a Graffiti Artist, Break-dancer and an original member of the Zulu Nation since 1983. During the period of 1985, 1986 & 1987 he was a member of FUSION DANCE PROMOTIONS a top competing DJ and Party Promotion Company of the times. As a crew member he had VIP access to many of the City's most Awesome Parties and some of the City's "Treasure Spots". In addition, Papo Fizz Mc was instrumental in the creation of numerous Daytime Parties, House Parties and Underground Basement Parties on Chicago’s Southside. Papo "Fizz" Mc has performed in many of Chicago's Night Clubs such as The Brass Chalet, Rico's, Studio 31, VIP's, The Midnight Hour, Escapes, Papa Smurfs, Tiffany's on Cicero, Vincie's, Studio-Mexico and Taurus Lounge. Papo is now a Professional Corporate Accountant residing on Chicago's Northside in the Logan Square Area and is operating from 'Studio Z' a Live Performance DJ Studio in Chicago.

baiodeejay was born in Milan in 1970; grew artistically between dark music and anglo-saxon psychedelia, finds his musical identification in the panorama techno and trance tied to the Detroit scene of the 90's (Damon Wild, Mix Master Morris, Ritchie Hawtin, Orlando Voorn, Jeff Mills, Tim Xavier etc). In the 2000s the his love for the new electronics and a growing interest in house music artistically they will direct him toward the minimal - house and electro mainly linked to Berlin's German scene; musical style influenced by artists like Kraftuerk, Pink Floyd, Brian Eno etc. Matured in the Milan underground scene; today is the owner of an independent record label, called Habitat Recordings L.T.D, founded in the late '90s as well as DJ of some milanese and european clubs where also performs with his crew. Currently a high school student. The first artist that inspired Dan was Deadmau5 due to his love of electro music especially the style of Deadmau5 and at the age of 15 he composed his first track which was entitled Nema. Dan has now changed his style and Is currently working on Minimal techno / Tech house /Progressive house / Deep House and chill out . DJ Quantize a.k.a. James Barr, born and bred in Sussex, started out in 2004 performing locally at many house parties, pubs and clubs. As he progressed he was able to secure regular slots around the Somerset, Western Super-mare, Bristol, Southampton and Swindon regions, playing at numerous internet based radio stations, and is now the co-founder at Drum& Bass Network Radio. He was also involved with other various radio stations such as; Emergency FM, Bassport FM, Headrush Radio, DNB Radio, London’s Upfront Radio, BNB London Radio, Glastonbury FM and Ujima 98. His early musical influences include DJ Premier, The Fugees, Cypress Hill, DJ Zinc and DJ Craze. James’ strong interest for music and his passion to succeed led him down the production route, taking on work experience at a professional recording studio in Chichester, where he acquired a taste to start writing his own tracks. Whilst still working voluntary for Airtight Studio's and enrolling with Chichester College for Performing Arts, this course included DJing lessons and practice, gaining experience including career development courses called ‘Gateway to Music’ with an open learning plan. During this time DJ Quantizes musical style progressed to incorporate such genres such as Drum & Bass, Hip Hop and Reggae. James also performed at NASS Festival, Bruton Reggae Fest, Somerset Reggae festival and has made a number of appearances at ‘The Godney Gathering’ where he received a supporting response from the crowd. He has already had the pleasure of playing alongside many major artists like; DJ Brockie, Nicky Blackmarket, Logan D, Turno and Serial Killaz to name a few. With James’ determination, skill and passion to succeed, I am sure this DJ is going to go the distance....Amen...
