About 2 months agao... I was in a dead ass sleep. I had not slept for 2.5 days, I was workingnan art project with and for someone. I was asleep for about no more than an hour, when something made me open my eyes. That something told me to get up, go to the bathroom and look at your face. (WOW!! Just now eveything inmy apartment just reset itself. Lights wentout. See, THIS is what I'm talking about.)Anyway... I went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror. Less than a minute later, a loud crash in my living room/kitchen/bedrooom... The whole right-side wall, which has a large cabinet on it, AND the ceiling, all were on the floor. You couldn't see my bed, the one I was sleeping in; dead asleep, mind you. There is no apartment above me, but the whole roof caved in; you could see the sky.4 laptops, 1 mini pc, a TV, 2 controllers, and a printer...ALL trashed. 2 sets of speakers and 2 sets of monitors were trashed also. I'm glad that I had purchased insurance. This guy who is handling my case, who came to take inventory... He told me that it isn't worth what I have to pay in premiums each month. I'm glad he thought that because now EVERYTHING has to be replaced. Everything was placed in storage, that I could save, and I was in a hotel for almost 2 months. But things aren't sounding right. My apartment has a different sound; things sound different now.

Traktor Z2 and 2 x Technics SL 1210's I taught myself to mix on some ancient belt drives back in 1990, played at lots of house parties, in bedrooms, clubs, and raves back in Brisbane. I work fulltime and music is my creative outlet, passion and hobby. I listen to my mixes in the car to and from work most days. I love and can mix most music styles. My favourites include Breakbeat, funky house, deep house, liquid drum and bass, hip hop, breaks, dub, chill out and many classic artists... etc. I have recently converted to the pleasures of digital possibilities with Traktor while still being able to play my vinyl collection. Exit Point's passion for the music began in the early 90s, a fan of the Madchester sound of The Stone Roses & Happy Mondays, from here, his musical tastes shifted to the underground Rave sounds of the mid 90's after being introduced to a mixtape by a friend. This led to Exit becoming an avid listener of the local pirate stations, Mix FM, Fresh FM (Leicester) & Kool FM (Birmingham).This keenness further led Exit to take up DJ'ing, initially with a pair of Soundlab belt drives & a Numark mixer. Exit got into the Jungle sound in 1994 and would buy his vinyl from the legendary 5HQ shop in Leicester.
