I started listening to music since he was 8 years old, my first console I got it at 17 I was delighted with the years 80s, then I am passed to the techno-acid. They were good times and all vinyl. In 1994 I started to appreciate techno -hardcore, after which they are passed to the hardcore and still are today. I'm not a professional DJ. I also began to appreciate the genre hardstyle and rawstyle. However I like all kinds. "Making artists play together on a same track who would had never met otherwise." House is this strange cooking of different flavours, able to make Loleatta Holloway sing on strings loop from Tchaïkovski's Concerto N°1, backed by the "Let no man put asunder" bassline from First Choice and the "Let's all chant" disco beat from Michael Zager Band. And it works. Bon appétit ! Back to 88, when I've discovered House music, with the first british House tracks (Beatmasters, S-Express...) made with sampling technique, followed by the brillant 90's Garage productions by the late Godfather Frankie Knuckles. A golden era. All those pionneers have built my inspiration. That's the reason why my tracks mix Garage harmonies with sampling collage coming from my collection of oldies and classic records (disco, funk, soul, classical music, etc.)

Just a guy from Brisbane, who loves music and mixing records :) youtube.com/@syntaxfreeform I play everything from House to Hardcore , Progressive, Techno, Hard House, UK Hardcore, Freeform and more. I like a mix of hard and dark to feel good, bouncy and banging. Love killer vocals too. My style has always been to just go for it with no plan and leave it up to the mixing gods. Being in the zone is the best drug out there, where all your problems disappear ☺️🍻 Looking forward to creating an archive here, have 100's of mixes to slowly add, and always mixing up more 😁

Music has been at the centre of my life for as long as I can remember and im confident to say its shaped who I am today. From a very young age I was very much into Syththesized music , especially Jean Michelle Jarre (one of my all time heroes). Along side this I loved early electro house and Detroit techno so naturally , was blown away with the late 80’s acid house explosion and even more so by the early 90’s Rave explosion, and this is where my passion really set in. I first went on a pair of decks at the tender age of 9 years old (1991), and around this time got 1xdeck for Christmas, now….clearly you don’t have to be a dj to understand that this is useless for mixing, but, for beatmatching, this was the best thing you could imagine! Id beatmatch vinyls to tapes,or anything that was playing in the house, and by the time I got my 2nd deck and mixer at 12years old, the learning curve of beatmatching was already mastered! Now, musically , im predominantly Hardcore, always have been, from early breakbeat hardcore right through to todays sounds. Ive loved the evolution of the sound and have the same passion for the sound as I did 20 years ago. Trance was a major influence for me in the 90’s too , especially Paul Oakenfold/Sasha/Digweed to name a few….their ability to seamlessly blend tracks together over the course of an hour or so and leave me feeling like id been on a musical journey really inspired me and applied this same technique to everything I mixed. Today, I concentrate mainly on Uk Hardcore and Hard dance, which while im “here” must mention how impressed and inspiring I find hard dance at the mo , from the techy minimal sounds right through to the tough hardstyle sounds of Europe, I feel this scene has got a lot to offer and has something for everyone. Im loving the Hard dance scene as a whole at the moment, whether it be Breakbeats/Kickdrums/trancey/ravey/techy/fast/slow…..the scene in my eyes is as diverse as its ever been, whatever others may think! Music is a way of life!

Hi, I'm Dave, from Coventry, and i started djing way back in 1990, while still at school, inspired by legends Sasha and Carl Cox after listening to sets, given to me from older friends! I spent a lot of my time during the early 90's at the legendary club Eclipse, in Coventry, where i met lots of fantastic people including some of the finest DJ's around at the time, doing a couple of sets in Marco Polo, Birmingham. I also ventured across the midlands, clubbing wise, to places including Shelley's, Institute and Coast 2 Coast. After 5 years, i fell out of love with the scene, seeing as it was changing and not to my liking, to be honest and in 1995 i gave up raving and djing. Kept my vinyl, though, just in case!! Got back into it in 2006 after listening to online radio playing a lot of oldskool, and thought I'd give it another go. Not had the confidence to play out again, since but you never know..... Favourite DJ's. Carl Cox, Sasha, Ellis Dee, Stu Allan, Ratty, Tango, Ray Keith, Mark Archer. Clubs. Eclipse, Shelley's, Institute, Coast 2 Coast
