Exit Point's passion for the music began in the early 90s, a fan of the Madchester sound of The Stone Roses & Happy Mondays, from here, his musical tastes shifted to the underground Rave sounds of the mid 90's after being introduced to a mixtape by a friend. This led to Exit becoming an avid listener of the local pirate stations, Mix FM, Fresh FM (Leicester) & Kool FM (Birmingham).This keenness further led Exit to take up DJ'ing, initially with a pair of Soundlab belt drives & a Numark mixer. Exit got into the Jungle sound in 1994 and would buy his vinyl from the legendary 5HQ shop in Leicester.

I've been DJing on the UK House scene since 1993 (and for 2 years on the "rave" scene before that) and over the past 30+ years I've been fortunate enough to play for some of THE biggest and most established clubs and promoters around the globe, including bookings for the likes of Defected, Glitterbox, Mission, Garlands, FunkDelux, Hed Kandi, Dirtyfunk, Miss Moneypennys, The Gallery, Escucha, Head, Ministry Of Sound, Venus, Housexy, Hard Times, Xstatic, Progress, Fantazia, Xstatic, and many many more. Not to mention 2 seasons and countless trips out to Ibiza, Marbella and beyond to play for the likes of Es Paradis, Hed Kandi, Pacha, Kanya, Plastic, Itaca, Garlands, Blowin' Up, Ocean Beach, Mode and Zoo, and festival appearances at Xstatic, GFest and Lowdown. I am currently resident DJ for UK House promoters Housexy, and Glitteratti. I host a monthly guest mix on Cyprus based ROCKFM (3rd Friday of every month,8-10 UK time) which goes out on FM radio right across mainland and eastern Europe, as well as via the internet, and I also have a weekly radio show every Monday on sublimesounds.com (8-10pm UK time), not to mention regular guest slots on internet and FM radio stations all around the globe, from Australia to Brazil to Tokyo to Finland, and of course, the UK. In 2015 I won the House-Mixes Soulful House mix competition, which opened a lot of doors and gave me a huge amount of media interest around the globe. I've previously done a guest mix for Defected In The House radio, and 2 for Hed Kandi radio. In 2016 I took step back from DJing to focus on family life, getting married, children etc -y k'now, all the normal grown up stuff - and returned to live club DJing in 2019 after being offered a residency at Mono.... and I've been there pretty much ever since. It's great because they love my sound and believe in what i do, they give me the freedom to play the Disco House sound I love, when many other promoters are tending to favor darker techier sounds for their dancefloors. But the queues at the door each week show that people still love the Funky Disco House sound, and it's still got a massive army of fans who want something more soulful on their weekends. Even though I'm just starting out on my DJing journey again It's great to be back doing what I love and having the opportunity to play to a crowd, I really missed that interaction you only get with a live crowd. The scene itself may be more competitive than ever before, but its also more creative, and i like that, I love the fact that I can express myself through my music and creativity. 2023 is looking to be my busiest year yet, with DJ bookings and media interest building up nicely, and lots of international booking interest. baiodeejay was born in Milan in 1970; grew artistically between dark music and anglo-saxon psychedelia, finds his musical identification in the panorama techno and trance tied to the Detroit scene of the 90's (Damon Wild, Mix Master Morris, Ritchie Hawtin, Orlando Voorn, Jeff Mills, Tim Xavier etc). In the 2000s the his love for the new electronics and a growing interest in house music artistically they will direct him toward the minimal - house and electro mainly linked to Berlin's German scene; musical style influenced by artists like Kraftuerk, Pink Floyd, Brian Eno etc. Matured in the Milan underground scene; today is the owner of an independent record label, called Habitat Recordings L.T.D, founded in the late '90s as well as DJ of some milanese and european clubs where also performs with his crew. House Is Life and i am addicted Been collecting music for 36 years and very proud of my vinyl collection from the 80's/90's. In my opinion the 80's was the best time for music and left me inspired by the great musicians and artists who left a legacy behind and music is still influenced by those heroes. Not afraid to experiment with sounds and always searching the globe for something a little different, and if recent releases don't cater for my needs, then there is always the archives. My Listening Genre's - House, Soulful House, Deep House, Afro House, Jazz House, Latin House, Tribal House, Lounge, Nu-Jazz, Soul, RNB, D&B, Garage, 2 Step. Music has always been my pastime and enjoyed the occasional gigs and live sets, but never really took my passion to the next level. Life is kinda hectic and faded out of the scene for a considerable time but now back to basics doing what i enjoy, pretty serious about my music and hope that i can spread some joy along the way...love peace and prosperity to all. I think music in itself is healing. It's an explosive expression of humanity. It's something we are all touched by. No matter what culture we're from, everyone loves music.
