Born in the 70's i didn't really kick this off early enough.I ventured from illegal raves into the dance tunes that lit up my nights (piano - vocals - bassline - stompers). Slightly faster than the acid era. I was a lover of 2 clubs (BOWLERS & VENUE). Although went to loads they were my best ever nights.

worked as DJ ,in Manchester clubs late 70,s and 80,s ,also worked as backup/ agency DJ at the Warehouse & then best club in the world "The Hacienda" later married , went mobile (earn extra money) ,moved to entertainment agency ,worked most of the hi end hotels around Manchester and surrounding areas, to up head Dj residency at the Willows Salford ,up until it closure ,retired from the DJ scene , when wife was taken ill ,most of my DJ life was in the club scene , but northern soul was my escape, early in life I used to go to the casino , blue room, twisted wheel catacombs' torch ,mecca, plus rake of smaller venues: :Sincere apology's to any that have followed me , have not done much on here or work wise , I retired from the Club & DJ scene , when my wife found out she had cancer ,spent most of my time looking after her ,however since loosing her battle with the big C ,(July 2020)and the fact she told me to throw myself back into music once she had gone ,I am doing just that ,everything I upload from Jan 2021 is dedicated to her memory ,Thank you for the time we had together my love, gone but not forgotten. R.I.P Elsa my one and only Love, . . . And as always NO stupid intros ,talk overs, clip like :your listening to ??, a mix by DJ (Whatever the Name)or anything else all you hear on my mixes , is the music from start to finish Please note i don't push my mixes on here , its all done by ear if you like the mix tell your mates to listen or d/load thanks any northern soul fans drop me a message let me know where you are I'm based in Stockport, ps if your wondering why no track lists , well because some djs on here took my mixes as there own , naughty naughty , so if the few are going to do that the few are going to have to do some work sorting out what the tracks are ,no doubt other have had the same problem ,and as a result fill there mixes with intros etc , not me ,you get wall to wall music

bought my 1st set of decks in 92 ... Born in London and actually living in Madrid [Spain]. I had been listening & involved with music for more than 50 Years from now. Since I was a child I grew up listening classic Opera & easy listening Artists. That´s probably the reason why I appreciate music in general very much & helped trained my ear since then. I Love many different genres & have a great music collection in my personal discoteque. Good recordings are mostly essencial for me. I started challenging and proving I could create any genre Mixes without the use of expensive & professional controllers no pre-phone involved, only with the use of my ears, & my wonderful PC as tools. Today I use my Pioneer Pro controller to Mix all sessions in a one & only take.
