baiodeejay was born in Milan in 1970; grew artistically between dark music and anglo-saxon psychedelia, finds his musical identification in the panorama techno and trance tied to the Detroit scene of the 90's (Damon Wild, Mix Master Morris, Ritchie Hawtin, Orlando Voorn, Jeff Mills, Tim Xavier etc). In the 2000s the his love for the new electronics and a growing interest in house music artistically they will direct him toward the minimal - house and electro mainly linked to Berlin's German scene; musical style influenced by artists like Kraftuerk, Pink Floyd, Brian Eno etc. Matured in the Milan underground scene; today is the owner of an independent record label, called Habitat Recordings L.T.D, founded in the late '90s as well as DJ of some milanese and european clubs where also performs with his crew. Franko Diago Born in June 1957, in Rotterdam. The place where it all started. At the age of 11 he started to buy his first records. Atlantic soul, Curtis Mayfield and James Brown made him aware of power of black music. At the age of 15 he hosted his first own dance-event, after becoming one of Leon Huff’s (Sound of Philadelphia) biggest fans. After the start of the 90’s Franko started to buy another type of records, smooth and mellow. Quiet Beauty! Lazy afternoons, Sultry nights. A new DJ career was born. The lounge and chill out music proved to be an interesting choice. A mix of lounge grooves and old soul, jazz and blues music. This feel-good experience was original and wanted. Franko Diago currently deejays next to lounge also Old skool, Deep- & Beach-house and plays often live with several musicians. Franko’s achievements didn’t not stop here. He appears also abroad. As a regular dj at the Lake of Como, The Belgian Cruise to Pleasure Party’s and many appereances at beachclubs in Spain, Italy and Turkey he began his own management company in which young talent appears and starts to blossom.
