It is with a heavy heart I have decided to retire from "paid" Dj work. I have had over 30 years in the game and have played to 10 people and a club at capacity of over 5000. Exit Point's passion for the music began in the early 90s, a fan of the Madchester sound of The Stone Roses & Happy Mondays, from here, his musical tastes shifted to the underground Rave sounds of the mid 90's after being introduced to a mixtape by a friend. This led to Exit becoming an avid listener of the local pirate stations, Mix FM, Fresh FM (Leicester) & Kool FM (Birmingham).This keenness further led Exit to take up DJ'ing, initially with a pair of Soundlab belt drives & a Numark mixer. Exit got into the Jungle sound in 1994 and would buy his vinyl from the legendary 5HQ shop in Leicester.

The first artist that inspired Dan was Deadmau5 due to his love of electro music especially the style of Deadmau5 and at the age of 15 he composed his first track which was entitled Nema. Dan has now changed his style and Is currently working on Minimal techno / Tech house /Progressive house / Deep House and chill out . (R.I.P.) ; Came back to Texas and Some how wound up at the Winter Music Conference in 2001( Havent been the same since) I got the opportunity to visit the Shelter in NYC 2002 LOST ;MY ;MIND! I have played in Chicago, NYC, but mainly southern states( TX, LA,TN, OK, MS, GA, FL) ; Currently im spinning in a club here in Dallas, having to change withthe hip hop times, but house is still my heart!
