He began his career in Johannesburg during the height of the rave scene in the 1990s, honing his skills and developing his unique style. In 2011, he moved to Southeast Asia and has since held residencies at various venues, including Sunset Sunrise, Big Daddy's Diner, Babylon Bar, and Sangdee Gallery. He has also been the sole DJ for high-adrenaline gymkhana drift racing events. Exit Point's passion for the music began in the early 90s, a fan of the Madchester sound of The Stone Roses & Happy Mondays, from here, his musical tastes shifted to the underground Rave sounds of the mid 90's after being introduced to a mixtape by a friend. This led to Exit becoming an avid listener of the local pirate stations, Mix FM, Fresh FM (Leicester) & Kool FM (Birmingham).This keenness further led Exit to take up DJ'ing, initially with a pair of Soundlab belt drives & a Numark mixer. Exit got into the Jungle sound in 1994 and would buy his vinyl from the legendary 5HQ shop in Leicester.

Got Into house music about 1987, didnt really know what it was until I went to Detroit Michicagan in 1991 ;to vist and wound up Moving there! Met Ken Colliier! (R.I.P.) ; Came back to Texas and Some how wound up at the Winter Music Conference in 2001( Havent been the same since) I got the opportunity to visit the Shelter in NYC 2002 LOST ;MY ;MIND! I have played in Chicago, NYC, but mainly southern states( TX, LA,TN, OK, MS, GA, FL) ; Currently im spinning in a club here in Dallas, having to change withthe hip hop times, but house is still my heart! Jordan Fitzsimmons is a young DJ with a fanatical passion for deep, soulful, jackin’ House music and it’s a sound that he plays all over the North East where he lives. Jordan’s past gigs include ‘Souldeep’, ‘Strictly Headshots’, ‘Haze’ and ‘Modify’. After appearing in SSW’s Goldmine Room on numerous occassions, we thought it was about time Jordan got a chance to spin in the Pressure Point, after all he has been one of the most travelled Goldmine guys to share the decks with fellow Goldmine DJs as a guest at their events. He has travelled to Edinburgh and Glasgow to guest for both ‘Souljack’ and ‘Mondo Loco’ where his M.A.W., Chandler, Phil Asher, Migs And ‘Trouble’ Anderson influenced sets went down a storm. He currently promotes ‘Funk Essential’, which is proving to be yet another big night for him in the North East. If you are into the mo’ soulful side of House, Jordan Fitzsimmons is a purist and master of this genre and it’s a set not to be missed at any cost.
