I started making bedroom mixes in 1983 with a MAC and a double tape deck.In 1993 I was on the radio, broadcasting to Nottingham for 6 years as DJ Lazy.I started playing Nottingham clubs in 1994 and set up a night called Twist.In 2004 I teamed up with El Carlos and created Jump Shake Rattle & Roll in Birmingham.I play old skool rave and hardcore, jungle and drum n bass,techno and acid, deep and classic house, breakbeat, hip hop and electro.Full archive and tracklistings on my website purplenoiz.co.uk

Hello, I am a DJ who started at the age of 13 (in August 2024 I will turn 58 if I make it ;) always mixing in search of perfection which took me 4 hours a day of practicing with vinyl with a lot of passion that I still have intact although Although I have the vinyls, the mixes today are digital, trying to use some of the wonderful tools that exist and it is a pleasure too. Top 40/Mainstream Club VJ/DJ - Located out of Nashville TN I worked for DanceMixUSA for years as their Marketing Director. I really enjoy working on the back end/industry side by helping artists get to where they want to be. I also did some promotion for a couple of music pools and video pools. Hello! My name is Dominick. Music is a passion of mine, and dance music has always been my favorite. When you have a passion and love for dance music like I do, it stays with you, and you just can’t ever quit. I’ve been spinning music since the vinyl era, having split a lot of my earlier time between New York and Florida's music circuit, introducing Florida to the up and coming music that New York had to offer. I’ve been flown to Caracas (out in the Caribbean) to guest DJ and interview with radio stations. I also have two amazing daughters in my life. Despite the fact they are grown, they are a huge part of my life, and I could never take a snowboarding trip without them I have posted multiple mixes onto Hear This & House-Mixes. I draw a lot of inspiration for my mixes from a lot of my own personal favorite music old and new. Those adventures lead me here, and I am so thankful and excited to share my music.
