Exit Point's passion for the music began in the early 90s, a fan of the Madchester sound of The Stone Roses & Happy Mondays, from here, his musical tastes shifted to the underground Rave sounds of the mid 90's after being introduced to a mixtape by a friend. This led to Exit becoming an avid listener of the local pirate stations, Mix FM, Fresh FM (Leicester) & Kool FM (Birmingham).This keenness further led Exit to take up DJ'ing, initially with a pair of Soundlab belt drives & a Numark mixer. Exit got into the Jungle sound in 1994 and would buy his vinyl from the legendary 5HQ shop in Leicester.

Life can change, hope you enjoy my live mixes. After experiencing the Acid House scene in the late 80's, evolving with the sounds of Jungle & the rising Rave culture into to the 90's. DJ Thes B (real name Theron Burge) found that the Techno beat was for him. Those influences never went away. In the mid 90's life took many turns with the music always in the background. With that came changes. Enjoyment for Techno never went as these changes past by over the decades. Thes B returned to music with support & encouragement of an old friend. Playing from commercial charts, Electro, House, DnB & even the odd Reggae tune at various venues & small parties. For several years he enjoyed playing for a promotion company based in Swansea: Subversion Underground Techno, with their passion for Acid Techno (in all its forms) Thes B played 1-2-3 hour sets as the warm up for the headliner, Thes B has been able to develop his own personal style of Techno. After playing many venues Thes B played Techno for 5yrs on a weekly internet radio show Theron Live on Audiobunker.net, the last show aired 1st May 2020. Now at the ‘ripe age of 49’, his enjoyment of the music and his passion for getting the Bass on the dance-floor just keeps growing stronger. In the early part of 2014 Thes B decided to run a monthly Techno Session series. This is a 1hr mix recorded live & posted on the first day of each calendar month. I started listening to music since he was 8 years old, my first console I got it at 17 I was delighted with the years 80s, then I am passed to the techno-acid. They were good times and all vinyl. In 1994 I started to appreciate techno -hardcore, after which they are passed to the hardcore and still are today. I'm not a professional DJ. I also began to appreciate the genre hardstyle and rawstyle. However I like all kinds. Got Into house music about 1987, didnt really know what it was until I went to Detroit Michicagan in 1991 ;to vist and wound up Moving there! Met Ken Colliier! (R.I.P.) ; Came back to Texas and Some how wound up at the Winter Music Conference in 2001( Havent been the same since) I got the opportunity to visit the Shelter in NYC 2002 LOST ;MY ;MIND! I have played in Chicago, NYC, but mainly southern states( TX, LA,TN, OK, MS, GA, FL) ; Currently im spinning in a club here in Dallas, having to change withthe hip hop times, but house is still my heart!
