Exit Point's passion for the music began in the early 90s, a fan of the Madchester sound of The Stone Roses & Happy Mondays, from here, his musical tastes shifted to the underground Rave sounds of the mid 90's after being introduced to a mixtape by a friend. This led to Exit becoming an avid listener of the local pirate stations, Mix FM, Fresh FM (Leicester) & Kool FM (Birmingham).This keenness further led Exit to take up DJ'ing, initially with a pair of Soundlab belt drives & a Numark mixer. Exit got into the Jungle sound in 1994 and would buy his vinyl from the legendary 5HQ shop in Leicester.

It all started back in 1990 with The Happy Mondays & Stone Roses. Rave was still underground & Illegal The sound was fresh. It all started when I listened to a mixtape a mate was listenin to he said have a listen to this. I soon started to search for pirate stations around my local area, MIX FM, FRESH FM (Leicester) & KOOL FM (Birmingham). Has I got more into the music I thought I would have a go at DJin so brought myself a pair of soundlab belt drives & a numark mixer & buy my vinyl from 5HQ. In 2009 I thought I would have a go at producin my own tracks. UNDER CONTRUCTION

iL Phantazma began his career in the late 1980’s at the ripe old age of eleven. His first start at spinning vinyl records was usually at the local house or underground party, where Hip-Hop, Reggae, and R&B were sure to be heard coming out of the speakers and his mix tapes. His major influences at this time were DJ Clue, DJ Ron G, DJ Kid Capri and DJ Red Alert. In the 90's he started dabbling with Electronic Music. (Trip Hop, Trance, and Techno) With his travels around the U.S., he began to formulate ideas of what his music would bring to the masses. In the beginning of 2000 iL Phantazma decided it was no longer acceptable to charge people to hear his music. He began doing shows on a regular voluntary basis. Events include MPDC Block Parties, Non Profit gatherings, Fashion Shows and the International Motorcycle Show in DC. Now in his 30's this DJ is hitting the scene harder than before. Bringing a flavorful mesh of old skool sounds to the new digital age of DJ'ing. With his knowledge in hip-hop and experimentations with electronic sounds you’re sure to get an earful of listening pleasure. Moving from dirty gritty sounds of Dubstep, Breaks and DnB to soulful sounds of ambient with a twist of hip-hop. His natural ability to switch from genre to genre seamlessly, set's this DJ apart from the rest. Most Recently, iL Phantazma has taken on Ownership of HomeBaked Labz and Emergency FM. HomeBaked Labz prides itself on being able to offer any venue what they seek in entertainment. With the can-do attitude that Promoters look for, you are sure to see HomeBaked Labz at a venue near YOU. Oi Oi! So, have been playing in the clubs around the south and southwest for around 11 years now, starting out back in the day with hardhouse which still remains my strongest passion but reverting from time to time to some suped up funky/disco house. featured a few times on hhuk radio and always looking for good underground events to play at. you really can not beat the crowd going wild and realising its 90% because of what you are playing and 10% because of how you are playing it. The southwest without a doubt in my mind has some of the maddest clubbers in the country Torquay probably topping them all followed by Plymouth closely! hope you lot enjoy the mixes i upload and interact as much as you like all suggestions welcomed, Keep it Rokin a Tidy Bang peeps! enjoy and will update this as often as i can.
