I am a bedroom Drum and Bass DJ that plays on internet radio station www.emergencyfm.com on a weekly basis. I have been mixing for roughly 6-7 years and been playing on radio for 3. I enjoy all styles of 'DnB' but my favourites are 'Jump Up' and 'Dark/Tech'. I started djing with a pair of numurk cdj ndx800 and a basic M1 Numark mixer july 2010 and quickly moved on to pioneer cdj 2000s and a Digital Pro Behringer DDM4000 mixer.The decks have USB,which is what i use mostly.

2 x Technics 1200 mk 2 and a gemini usb mixer got a wide range of dnb genres like to mix it up a bit!! ;I started mixing when i was about 15 on some squale belt drive decks!! back then it was garage all the way!! although i did listen and go to lots of dnb raves!! ;but a couple of years later it was pure dnb ; More info soon.... garage days would have to be EZ and dnb mampi swift

I am a dj out of California. I now live in North Carolina. I started to play records in 2000. My style started out playing house music but I found a love for breakbeats & jungle. As I progressed as a dj I started to play hip hop & top 40 & scratching to get more gigs. I played in two bands as a dj Mystic Roots a reggae band & Pyrx a Rock band both out of Chico CA. I am oldschool, I went from two turntables & a mixer to playing on a laptop & using pioneer dj software & a controller. It's not as easy to find tracks searching through files as it was digging through my crates to find what track I want to play. To give an Idea of what kind of dj I am Is that I love to ride two tracks out till they end. I love mixing & finding tracks that mesh good together. Mixing Is A craft & a skill. Anyone can be a Dj. But It's what you do to make yourself stand out from everyone else. I wanted to create this profile to post some of my old school mixes and new school mixes to share with the world. So I hope everybody enjoys some of my mixes because it is all my style & interpetation of a dj & two turntables. Thanks Dj Drew!!!

iL Phantazma began his career in the late 1980’s at the ripe old age of eleven. His first start at spinning vinyl records was usually at the local house or underground party, where Hip-Hop, Reggae, and R&B were sure to be heard coming out of the speakers and his mix tapes. His major influences at this time were DJ Clue, DJ Ron G, DJ Kid Capri and DJ Red Alert. In the 90's he started dabbling with Electronic Music. (Trip Hop, Trance, and Techno) With his travels around the U.S., he began to formulate ideas of what his music would bring to the masses. In the beginning of 2000 iL Phantazma decided it was no longer acceptable to charge people to hear his music. He began doing shows on a regular voluntary basis. Events include MPDC Block Parties, Non Profit gatherings, Fashion Shows and the International Motorcycle Show in DC. Now in his 30's this DJ is hitting the scene harder than before. Bringing a flavorful mesh of old skool sounds to the new digital age of DJ'ing. With his knowledge in hip-hop and experimentations with electronic sounds you’re sure to get an earful of listening pleasure. Moving from dirty gritty sounds of Dubstep, Breaks and DnB to soulful sounds of ambient with a twist of hip-hop. His natural ability to switch from genre to genre seamlessly, set's this DJ apart from the rest. Most Recently, iL Phantazma has taken on Ownership of HomeBaked Labz and Emergency FM.
