Hi all and welcome to my page,i'm a bit of a marmite dj some love it some hate it,i freely admit i get carried away in the music and often play louder and harder than i probably should but that's the fun of it,it's what i enjoy, having started d,j'ing some moons ago at a friends party it's carried on from there. hard house has been a huge influence growing up and spent many a darkened night in a small club somewhere getting upto no good, first learning to dj on some gemini's i eventually got some 1210's and fully embraced all the music that was available often spending a whole day at this small local record store buying up all the hard dance music i could find, unfortunately as this collection grew some punk decided that my house should be robbed that night n took the lot with a few other things. it was a couple years before i gathered myself up and basically started again hard house had changed hard trance was becoming the new way, my music collection was small done a few nights here n there still love the scene but d,j'ing itself was changing with cdj's becoming ever popular,I had at 1st denied their existance keeping the 1210's but eventually i caved and sold them. I bought a pair of cdj 900's and have to say i should have done so earlier the sheer volume of music available is mindblowing and i'm able to experiment with new sounds bringing the party to the usual madness i seem to create wherever i go. pioneer cdj 900 x2 technics 1210 x1 pioneer djm 350 trusty 30 year old pioneer amp powering jbl sound system.

Originating from sunny Bournemouth town and loving every second of dj life down on the UK South Coast is XJ. A passionate and meticulous dj whose pin point precision mixing, together with sensational tune selection has his crowds up and glued to the dance floor. XJ applies his sharp and seamless style predominantly to Drum & Bass, House, Trance and Hard Dance, but also enjoys the challenge of dabbling in other genres. XJ has had music running through his veins since birth and began getting more closely involved with music at the age of 13 when he picked up the mic and tried his hand at being an mc. After a few years on the mic XJ had the urge to mix and started messing around on a few of his friends decks. He then became a family man at an early age so XJ took some time out from the music scene and in 2005, he finally acquired his own setup. After a couple of years playing his vinyl at every chance he could get, XJ was ready to play out in his home town. He got involved with some local events and played at several Bournemouth hot spots including The Old Fire Station, Empire, Dusk till Dawn and DNA. When XJ attended university in 2010 he met a few like-minded dance music enthusiasts and together they launched their first drum and bass event Fracture in Bournemouth at the club Dusk Till Dawn. After the success of this event XJ’s passion and drive grew and the rest is history. His monthly residency at SoHo has become a regular hot spot for the local, house hungry bar hoppers. In 2017 XJ toured around Ibiza for his debut on the clubbing island, supporting the Parasol Ibiza Tour in association with Darkest Before Dawn Records. In 2018 he took his skills and sound to Ayia Napa as a resident DJ for Ayia Napa House Party hosted by House Party Events, along with house legend Junior Jack and 48 other national and international djs. In 2019 XJ returned to Ayia Napa with House Party Events alongside his fellow residents and up and coming djs Craig Knight, Franky Wah and Hot like Detroit. Next up in June 2019 will be XJs first festival slot, Home Farm Fest in Somerset, followed by his next summer booking at the largest festival in Wales: Logic Festival. The next step for XJ is production so watch this space! XJ thrives on his crowd’s reaction to his exciting musical journeys, so if you like what you hear and want to see him in action at your event get in touch. Hailing from the Midlands, but currently residing in the south-west, Robbie Dogg started out back in 1998, after seeing the likes of Judge Jules, Lisa Pin-up and Lee Dagger ripping up the dance-floor and the well known Monastery venue in Torquay. From those moments, he decided that he could do with being involved in the DJ scene. Playing a few slots here and there in the local club circuit back then, (Claires/Monastery/Hot Banana’s/Dicey O’ Reillys) and having an extensive background knowledge of music from playing in bands and such like, his skills developed in Dj-ing and started going from strength to strength. Then in 2001 due to unforeseen circumstances, Dogg hung up the headphones, and left the dance secene well and truly behind, but back in late 2009, after several pushes from friends and family, he picked up the headphones again, and got back on the hollowed one’s and two’s and is now more involved than ever with the hard dance scene. After starting up a Promotion brand for Hard Dance events in Exeter (DOGGHOUSE PROMOTIONS) in 2009, he hosted a couple events, alongside fellow friends and Hard Dance up and coming stars TONGUE & GROOVE. Dogg now is looking into re-mixing and playing more and more slots in other local brands such as HARDCORE FREQUENCY, TUNE JUNKIE, HI-FREQUENCY, and many more. 2011 looks set to be a busy yeah for him. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Dogghouse-Promotions/179734912049472 http://www.facebook.com/pages/DJ-Robbie-Dogg/176741429033222 next gig: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=145688838818156

Hi all, My real name is Dean Rooker and I am from sunny Wolverhampton! My DJ name is Deanossa, this originates from back in the day when my friend and I used to practice on the decks. It seemed to just pop out of my mates (Phil Turner - aka DJ Burner) mouth one day and its stuck ever since. So there you go, that is how Deanossa was born! I love hard house and hard trance, I have done since my early teens. I used to go clubbing galore at some top clubs around the country and go to some amazing events such as Mezzanine May Day Ball, Gatecrasher Summer Sound Sytem and many Christmas and New Year events. I was and still am a follower of Tidy Trax, I love their stuff and to honest I take a lot of insipration from them. I first started out with a pair of Limit Decks and a cheap but solid Numark Mixer, I practiced for hours on end, for months before things started to finally click, however I was held back by my poor decks that used to be almost impossible to beat match despite being direct drive. I finally moved up the ladder to a second hand pair of vestax which were a great step up. My favourites though without a shadow of a doubt, were DJ Burner's Technics 1210's and his Kaos Pad setup. We had some wicked times! Currently I am using new technologies to mix these days and one of the main reasons for this is space. I use MP3's or my preferred choice of WAV files and a Numark NS6 USB Controller which utilises Serato Itch 2. One word to sum up my feelings for my current setup - Awesome! Well this is me, and that is my short story, Enjoy the music, Share the music, Dance hard to the music and please dont forget to pass my name on - DEANOSSA! I am very interested in doing any DJ works in Clubs or Parties and I am also extremely interested in learning how to produce my own intro and would then like to step up and produce my own tracks. If you can help me along my way please do get in touch. My Website Address is here: TBA You can find me on Facebook here: www.facebook.com/dean.rooker You can find me on Twitter here: TBA You can email me here: TBA
