Orquesm are a dutch production and deejay outfit from Amsterdam: The duo Jeffrey Bakker & Michael Ulrich started out in the early nineties, djing at places like the legendary Waakzaamheid club & Renaissance nights in their Homeland - The Netherlands - and played with deejays such as Nalin and Kane, Paul Daley (Leftfield), Remy, Hybrid, Ian Ossia, Pete Gooding, Per, Marcello, Dimitri and many more. So its no surprise that these strong roots, have given them the ability to make such great music... Orquesm productions are not easy to label. They like a variety of styles; Techno, Minimal, Techhouse, Progressive, Deep House but alll productions have a strong rhythm drive as a basis. Through my piano lessions in Music school and singing at many choirs I made my first steps into the world of music and since then is my everyday companion. Year by year I was exploring different genres from classics, 70's, 80's and 90's Rock, Pop, Dance. In my 20's I instantly fall in love in electronic music genres and become totally addicted torhythm ofHouse and Trance. :) I am more or less still a newbie in role of a DJ so more of my sets/mixes/masups are yet to come and each of them will have it's story behind... :) To all my listeners and followers a big thank for all your comments and support.
