I am fan of both House music and Hip Hop,..i still can't choose between the 2. I am from Botswana (country in Southern Africa) and currently reside in Gaborone a.k.a. Gabs City,(the capital). Hailing originally from Bloemfontein South Africa Francois has always had an interest in djing and passion for the music. Taking advantage of an offer from a friend and local club dj who offered to show him the ropes, Francois quickly learned the basics of beat matching and crowd rocking. Looking to grow and reach a more international crowd with his music Francois moved to London UK in 2002 and bought his first set of decks. London life and clubbing exposed Francois to many different styles of music and parties. Keenly observing the styles of many of the cities’ top talent allowed Francois to further develop his own unique and genuine style. An early career highlight was making it to the Serious Mixing DJ Competition Final in 2003 held at Turnmills Night Club. As the years passed, Francois was never content to playing one singular style and instead brought many of the varieties and influences together to form a personalized blend. With his superior ear for the music and top notch beat matching skills he can take three styles like hardstyle, hard house and hard trance and meld them into a singular vibe with a lot of energy and a very hard edge! These genres have led to the realm of psy trance where Francois is currently trying his hand at the production side pushing forward a thumpy and driving beat based form of music. Over time Francois also became influenced with House and Electro. Playing alongside the likes of Roman Pushkin, the Inland Knights, Ken ECB (East coast Boogieman) and Travis Kell, to name a few, Francois developed a block rocking style mixing together the sounds of funky house, breaks with sprinklings of tribal and latin…this very accessible and energetic style reflects his passion for the groove and would help him to get appearances at many of London’s dance venues such as Ministry of Sound, The Fridge. Turnmills, Fire, The Medusa, Ember, Clockwork Orange, The Captain Cook and many more smaller venues across London as well as playing in some underground clubs in LA (USA). Having returned to South Africa in 2009 he has played at some of the top clubs in South Africa and is also concentrating on the production side of music. Francois is now in his musical prime and his command over the dj booth is very impressive and reflects his commitment to the mix each and every time. He is a truly talented performer and is always up for a mix!

I first started djing around about 12 years ago when i was 17. It was by chance i knew a dj in a bar and one week he asked me if i could do his set for him as he couldnt make it and gave me a brief lesson on what to do and from there i was hooked. I started getting sets playing hip hop and garage in Doncaster and sheffield and then discovered speed garage in 2001 and then started playing that. During that time myself and 2 others started a label called Gridlockd Records which became one of the biggest labels in the scene in a very short time as we were the only label making original tracks. Fast forward 12 years and in that time i played the first bassline set on bbc 1xtra, put together a compilation for ministry of sound (Maximum bass 2007) And had tracks signed to mos and all around the world (Universal). I decided in 2008 that i wasnt gonna pidgeonhole myself to one genre and went self employed as a dj and tutor. Around that time i got my own show on local legal radio station sine fm and my weekend vibes show did so well they moved me from 2-3 sat afternoon to 6-8 saturday night the show before dj legend graeme park. Nowadays i do a show called the history of Dance music on sine fm 102.6fm in Doncaster or www.sinefm.com worldwide every tuesday evening 8pm-10pm.

I was born on August 8, 1995 in Paris, France, I am living in the city of Mexico during my studies.I start in the music genres I do what trance, dance, progesive, house and techno on August 28, 2008, the same year I remove for health reasons which prevented me from continuing. I am working on armada music. Together with Armin van Buuren, Dash Berlin, Tiësto, etc. created eh music but I'm not mentioned because I wanted to.
