Mark Maddox is a Dj from the Northwest of England with over 25yrs experience. Starting out as an 18yr old doing warm up sets for the 96.7FM Radio City Dj's in Mr Smiths Warrington, he soon started getting a reputation for being a diverse Dj as he mixed between genres to build up an energy on the dance floor. That quickly saw Mark being asked to do some warm up sets for the cult tv show Hitman And Her with Pete Waterman and Michaela Strachen. Going past the 90's Dance and Rave scene, Mark fell in love with House music. That passion allowed Mark to grow even more as a Dj and it wasn't too long before he was doing full House sets for some of the worlds most renowned brands. Over the years Mark has travelled across the UK and Europe playing on gigs alongside the likes of David Morales, Erick Morillo, Chicane, Pete Tong, Tall Paul, Boy George, Judge Jules, Whelan and Di Scala (now Camelphat), Anton Powers, David Dunne, Dave Graeme, Esquire, K Klass, Pianoman, Awesome 3, Dream Frequency, Dancing Divas, and many more... as well as playing sets with some of the worlds best Sax, Percussionists, and Electric Violinists to ever grace the dance music industry. Mark has performed in front of crowds ranging from 50 to 10,000 for club brands and venues such as Cream, Ministry Of Sound, Gatecrasher, Enigma Ibiza (ex Kanya Beach Club), Es Paradis Ibiza, Eden Ibiza (where he performed the closing set of the summer in 2019), Ibiza Rocks (for which he held a residency in 2019), Float Your Boat Ibiza, Beat Herder Festival, Widcombe Festival (where he closed the stage after Basement Jaxx), and the sell out Indian Summer Festival (where Mark's brand Royal House held their own tent), and Utopia Ibiza Festival where Mark has headlined for the past 2 years (2021 & 2022). Mark has also performed at corporate events for Toni & Guy, Adidas, and Selfridges, as well as doing exclusive Wedding, Birthday, Boat, Pool, and event After Parties for celebrity and private clients. Mark has done many guest mixes for FM, DAB, and Internet Radio Stations such as Radio City, Rock FM, Kiss, Galaxy, and Gaydio. I am using PCDJ and sometimes Virtual DJ Pro... I have over 9000 full 12 inch tracks in genres duch as electro, edm, hardhouse, hardstyle, DnB, Progressive house, hardcore, oldskool, bouncy house/donk and oldskool ibiza... So i will be doing a variety of different mixes in my time on here.... Main mixes at the moment are progressive house and commercial house Any requests for bouncy house/donk please post. i miss doing these mixes but not sure if people still listen to that genre Calvin Harris, Avicii, Hardwell & David Guetta. For EDM/Progressive house/Commercial House Alex K, Bad Behaviour, DJ Fitzy & Ross B For Bouncy/Donk Darren Styles & Hixxy For Hardcore And the classics....Tiesto and faithless etc Im a DJ From Bolton Uk. I love to mix anything i can get hold of. I use my Numark NV2 With Pioneer CDJ 100's and Vestax Mixer for all my mixing and have been DJing for 30 years Now.......jesus thats depressing.......Anyway, I started out in the Happy Hardcore scene around Teesside and have Supported acts Such as Force & Styles, Hixxy and Dougal amoungst others during the scene's peak in the Mid 90's. Nowadays I mainly Mix and Produce UK Bounce Music and Live Sets Generally Follow the same path.....
