I like to introduce myself to all music lovers: DJBEAR a.k.a DJBERKAND “Purveyor of deep, infectious dance grooves and a feel-good atmosphere.” That’s how Berkand describes himself as a DJ. Never afraid to go too deep, his emotive musical selections are his own therapy. Having grown up on his father’s eclectic combination of Rock N Roll music (Elvis Presley,The Beatles), European pop stars (Mina, Julio Iglesias, Adriano Celentano), synth-infused 80s music (Depeche Mode, Gary Numan)… all which became infused with his own love for both disco, jazz and soft rock music, Berkand ended up with quite a mixed spectrum of musical influence. Started mixing Electronic music from about 1993. (belt drive then direct drive pickups) As I exit from hard rock /metal habits... Began with Acid-Tech sounds, and through years it smoothed through Industrial, / Technoindus, noise Dropp Bass Networks, Reflex, then actually integrating folk inside mixes in search for fun and surprises :D Achieving mixes as long as they can, I put my seal by burning CD's Je cherche des bars, café, salles ou poser mon son. Je suis DJ de longue date mais peu connu. Cependan je sais poser l'ambiance et répondre aux attentes du public même muet. . je mixe principalement de la techno, minimal, psytrance, electro & hardcore acid. (j'attache un point important au fait que ma musique ne vehicule pas de messages oraux qu'ils soient politiques, religieux ou obscènes. je ne produis que de la musique qu'il est just possible de ne pas apprécier.)
