Nik Beats is first and foremost a DJ who started mixing using blue tac to hold the Garrard decks pitch in position!. He grew up during the birth of electronic dance music from disco to high energy and electro/house influenced by Kraftwerk, Patrick Cowley, Softcell, Human League and Depeche Mode. Then with the birth of House music (heavily influenced by Todd Terry, MK, Masters at Work right through to Jeff Mills, Robert Armani, Joey Beltram and the list goes on....) Played intimate venues such as Thames boat parties and Trade (Turnmills) breakfast club Munchkin land with the likes of Mrs Woods, Malcolm Duffy, Smokin Jo, and Kenny Ken. He went on to help run and manage two record shops where he became an avid record collector, amassing 10,000 plus records!, It was around this time that he started remixing and producing his own tracks and collaborating with Andrew Browing while continuing to have residencies in various local venues. Nik and Andrew then went on to form the band NARCS with three other members Rob, Coralie and Simon enthusing band music with dance music leading up to them being involved with the Margate Exodus project (a film made by Penny Woolcock) performing live at the Winter Gardens Margate alongside other local musicians. With Sam Bumble and TJ hitch he formed Bumble Hitch and Beats producing Vocal dance tracks in many styles including house,DNB,trance and breaks With friends around him went on to create Unité which is a collective of DJs which have been hosting their own nights in the local area as well as coach trip parties to hosting backrooms of London clubs and Margates first ever open air house party called The Art of Music which collaborated house music with Local DJS and a live PA. Having enthused himself into music throughout his life Nik is a DJ/Producer who can mix any style using any format from 1210s, CDJs, Virtual DJ, Sony Acid Pro Etc. Also with Hank Bannister and Dirtee Skankin they formed the night Frui Vita @The gallery playing all styles of house. This is where he met Dom Jhonson from Likeminded who asked Nik and Hank to play for them @Pacha Ministry Of sound and The Egg Links Here http://www.facebook.com/unite.margate Soundcloud 1 - http://soundcloud.com/nik-beats Soundcloud 2 - https://soundcloud.com/nikbeats2 Soundcloud 3 - http://soundcloud.com/nik-beats-mix-sets Soundcloud 4 - http://soundcloud.com/the-tooth-faerie Soundcloud 5 - http://soundcloud.com/mistavoid Soundcloud 6 - http://soundcloud.com/any-kind Soundcloud 7 - https://soundcloud.com/narcs-2 Soundcloud 8 - https://soundcloud.com/sambumble Free Mix Downloads Here Bannister & Beats - Pacha 13th Birthday LikeMinded MIx - https://soundcloud.com/nik-beats-mix-sets/bannister-beats-pacha-13th-birthday-likeminded-mix Hank Bannister & Nik Beats Frui Vita Promo - http://www.house-mixes.com/profile/nik-beats/play/hank-bannister-nik-beats-frui-vita-promo Nu House Mix --> www.house-mixes.com/profile/nik-bea…-house-mix-2013 Minimal House - http://beatplexity.com/mix/?id=33770 Mein Haus Ist Dein Haus Und Dein Haus Ist Mein - http://beatplexity.com/mix/?id=29812 Nik Beats - Solid House - Vinyl Mix - http://beatplexity.com/mix/?id=28146 Tranceport - http://soundcloud.com/nik-beats-mix-sets/2012-nik-beats-tranceport Bannister n Beats - Twisted @ Tech --> http://beatplexity.com/mix/?id=24242 Tech mix 2011 --> http://beatplexity.com/mix/?id=16306 Mixset Own Trax http://www.beatplexity.com/mix/?id=23625 Frivolous Mix --> http://beatplexity.com/mix/?id=16965 Minimal Mix - http://www.beatplexity.com/mix/?id=23618 So deep It Hertz --> http://beatplexity.com/mix/?id=16591 Nu Techno --> http://beatplexity.com/mix/?id=16594 hypnotech --> http://beatplexity.com/mix/?id=16620 Home --> http://beatplexity.com/mix/?id=16868 St Vitus Dance - Wonk-Figit-Hard tech --> http://www.beatplexity.com/mix/?id=17382 Spring Cleaning (Deep N Dirty Electro Tech) --> http://www.beatplexity.com/mix/?id=24098 Ribbed Club Mix (Vocal ElectroHouse) --> http://www.beatplexity.com/mix/?id=24095 Kuppa Soop - http://soundcloud.com/ricky-enskumusic/kuppa-soop-digital-mix-by-nik You Tube Vids (",) Nik Beats - Margate http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GuNxHYFTds&feature=youtu.be Nik Beats - Fire Poi http://youtu.be/o74blWy9qPA https://soundcloud.com/nik-beats/nik-beats-margate-trib-2-mau5-no-thrills-mix https://soundcloud.com/nik-beats/nik-beats-groovehouse https://soundcloud.com/nik-beats/nik-beats-trum-pet https://soundcloud.com/nik-beats/nik-beats-watch-out https://soundcloud.com/nik-beats/2008-nik-beats-guinea-pig-her-favorite-toy-dirty-minimal-tech

Exit Point's passion for the music began in the early 90s, a fan of the Madchester sound of The Stone Roses & Happy Mondays, from here, his musical tastes shifted to the underground Rave sounds of the mid 90's after being introduced to a mixtape by a friend. This led to Exit becoming an avid listener of the local pirate stations, Mix FM, Fresh FM (Leicester) & Kool FM (Birmingham). This keenness further led Exit to take up DJ'ing, initially with a pair of Soundlab belt drives & a Numark mixer. Exit got into the Jungle sound in 1994 and would buy his vinyl from the legendary 5HQ shop in Leicester.

It all started back in 1990 with The Happy Mondays & Stone Roses. Rave was still underground & Illegal The sound was fresh. It all started when I listened to a mixtape a mate was listenin to he said have a listen to this. I soon started to search for pirate stations around my local area, MIX FM, FRESH FM (Leicester) & KOOL FM (Birmingham). Has I got more into the music I thought I would have a go at DJin so brought myself a pair of soundlab belt drives & a numark mixer & buy my vinyl from 5HQ. In 2009 I thought I would have a go at producin my own tracks. UNDER CONTRUCTION

I first started djing around about 12 years ago when i was 17. It was by chance i knew a dj in a bar and one week he asked me if i could do his set for him as he couldnt make it and gave me a brief lesson on what to do and from there i was hooked. I started getting sets playing hip hop and garage in Doncaster and sheffield and then discovered speed garage in 2001 and then started playing that. During that time myself and 2 others started a label called Gridlockd Records which became one of the biggest labels in the scene in a very short time as we were the only label making original tracks. Fast forward 12 years and in that time i played the first bassline set on bbc 1xtra, put together a compilation for ministry of sound (Maximum bass 2007) And had tracks signed to mos and all around the world (Universal). I decided in 2008 that i wasnt gonna pidgeonhole myself to one genre and went self employed as a dj and tutor. Around that time i got my own show on local legal radio station sine fm and my weekend vibes show did so well they moved me from 2-3 sat afternoon to 6-8 saturday night the show before dj legend graeme park. Nowadays i do a show called the history of Dance music on sine fm 102.6fm in Doncaster or www.sinefm.com worldwide every tuesday evening 8pm-10pm.

Via my vast music collection and spinning to relay positive wellness vibes. New DJ moniker is "Dali'Rollah" which based on my wellness oriented mixing and sharing of music to help motivate folks and or just give positive changes of perspective while spaning various genres of music DJ'd by me and Rex Nexus was based on my vast music collection that also features the musicianship vibes of Shoegaze and Psyche-Rock. The other reason is I studied tons of surrealism art and Salvador Dali. I have been creating large scale paintings, illustrations and commercial graphic for ages. I was unable to re-clarify and or update my profile name change to Dali~Rollah here for some reason as later intended. Thats OK. Overall background wise, Well I have been with these sounds I roll since the Dawn.. My first interactions as an "Electronic" and or "Techno-esque" DJ first started with "Industrial" (Back in the day).. I found the illest off-beat downtempo beats there.. But I have to say this.. I am sorry to say, but I think Meat Beat Manifesto were was the first productions that introduced UK styled electronic BreaK-Beats with the first Reggae samples and or dread feel came with "Radio Babylon". All the same, that is where it all happened for me.. Breaks and or ill down tempos via Skinny Puppy, 808 State, Frontline Assembly, Greater Than One (Experimental as hell for those who know). 80 to 90s shrill-noise hip hop productions as well (Public Enemy / Big Daddy Kane / Ultra-magnetic MCs).. Sticking with industrial for the break-out hyped alternatice dace sounds but weaving and digging my musicianship mind during the early Manchester-Maddness (Stone Roses / Charlatans / Blur).. Then somewhere it all blended intrinsically via the 90s era of all eras.. Bought my first Belgian trance import on R&S and Decibel Records then dived into the Rave scene that hit proper stateside...Thanks to the New York production teams that brought the Storm Raves, Sputnik, Nasa and Essence..They were rolling all the sounds in order and running "Breakbeat" / UK hardore around midnight to launch off the high-speed maddness followed by hardcore then trance into house. Euromasters "Alles naar de Klote" borught back the "Industrial" for me . I heard some ill-sound breaks at some X-mas rave in a massive wherehouse in Hoboken NJ, thanks to Alan Sanctuary.. That was the first official "Jungle-esque" intro for me.. I pretty much lost my mind on that sound on that moment.. Me being of Jamaican Descent and hearing Jamaican "Rockers" samples with Reggae bass-lines - thats when the major intrinsic transcendence for me had occurred. Nasa touched down with DJ DB - the first official Jungle/Breakbeak DJ / Mr. Kleen and Jason Jinx. Then my first team to big up through via team "U-Buzz'n" full on Jungle thrown down in a where-house in Williamsburg. This was way before the Real-estate boom.. The ultra beginning of my long standing era DJs DB, Dara, Diesel Boy, *Nitty (the under rated roller), Delmar, Panik, & Cassien.. Featuring MC Posi-D. Way before he was MC'n and he was dancing some ill-out style all the time(Really).. I heard "Krome and Time's" - "License" & that dope "Drum and Bass-wise" track by Remarc? - So "Drum & Bass" at that time was branded on the throwdowns of heavy produced Ragga Jungle back then, atmospheric stuff was called Deep and hardstep was just that with cuts with obvious kick drum / stiff break leads.. Thats it... Listen to a mix to get where I have been with the sound up to now. New mixes will be posted in time.. No worries on me.. I represent Beat Syncopation Exploration. There is more than enough space for all of us of which all of our names remain engulfed. Big UP! ~ Dali'Rollah ~ "IRONCLAD" listening Sessions...
