Addicted to music since the age of 15, listening to it, playing it, and enjoying it to the fullest! I took my first steps in the world of local radio stations with music styles such as New Wave, New Beat, and later more danceable styles such as Garage, Disco, Soul, Funk, House and more... My music style produced the necessary decibels through many speakers in living rooms, organized parties, and discotheques/clubs. Music is enjoyment, freedom, and carefreeness that I want to share with many listeners as fellow DJs and for now just DJing for fun! Welcome to my sonic universe. I’m Michele Mobydick, and my journey behind the decks began back in 1984—a mission spanning over four decades of musical evolution. To me, mixing is more than just technique; it’s a constant exploration through a thousand sounds and a hundred different genres. In this space, there are no boundaries. My sets are a melting pot ranging from sophisticated House to soulful Funk, from New Wave and Electronic Rock vibes to the high-energy breaks of Drum and Bass, all while touching upon the smooth textures of Acid Jazz.If you love music that knows no limits and dives deep into the groove, you’ve come to the right place. Enjoy the journey!

Welcome to my collection of retro megamixes! Growing up in Canada listening to 80s and 90s music, it was a huge kick to hear DJ mixes that combined the hit songs of the day into one continuous, non-stop stream of awesomeness. As an adult, I now get to create megamixes of my own, using both classic songs of the era and forgotten gems that deserve a second listen. Enjoy! And if you REALLY enjoy these mixes, consider showing your appreciation using my Paypal account. These mixes take A LOT of time and effort to assemble, so any small token would be GREATLY appreciated - thanks in advance! http://www.paypal.com/paypalme/muffinphatz/

My radio show at 98.1 WQAQ live on Tuesdays from 8-9pm! I am Fiona, and this is my third year doing my radio show and we're revamping with commentary in between songs so we're sticking to podcast instead of playlist formatting. I am a music show, dedicated to proving that we have to look to the past for the best music, and renewing music that may have faded from the limelight. The main music on my show is from between the 1950s-90s, with a heavy focus on rock. As an e-board member this year for the radio club, I have even more responsibility to dig up the best underrated finds I can and bring an appreciation to an older taste :)

From as early as grade school Tony was always into music. In the 6th grade Tony was spinning "Saturday Night Fever" LP's while the other kids danced. In high school, Tony was the guy with a huge ghetto blaster perched on his shoulder with the hottest new releases. Tony also spent some time in a band and playing guitar but it was in the early nineties he bought his first turntables and started mixing. Professionally, Tony started his career playing at the infamous Ibiza Hotel. One night, world famous DJ Dimitris Mykonos heard him spinning and approached him about working together. For many years Dimitris and Tony could be seen together playing parties at Ibiza, Pleasurezone. Tony has even performed several events for MTV including a nationally broadcast episode of the reality show Fraternity Life. Tony has had the great pleasure to spin at venues in Vegas and Internationally has had the chance to DJ at some great venues in Indonesia and Singapore including the reknowned Double 6 nightclub in Bali. Now-a-days Tony still enjoys his residency at Pleasurezone. He also has been performing at Dusk Parties around the Bay. With such a wide repertoire of music (Dance, Hip Hop, Top 40, mash-ups and more) Tony Roxxx has found his way into some of the top venues in San Francisco and the South Bay including 1015 Folsom, Ruby Skye and many others. If you are looking for someone with a huge range of music to play and to keep the dance floor packed and full of energy, contact tony@tonyroxxx.com or call 408 230-5300.
