Working with companies such as SCORCHED AM, UNITED TEKNO RECORDS, SEQUENCED RECORDINGS, CAVELABZ ENT, CAFFEINE EVENTS, and Dementia 909 Frostbreaks has proven his technique of bringing a new sound that keeps the dance floor flowing with constant movement. His fondness of all genres from House, Electro, Progressive, Techno, and Minimal has given him the ability to try something new and funky which brings out his own favorite and personal style of Tech House, Funk, Techno, and Tribal blends. It is with a heavy heart I have decided to retire from "paid" Dj work. I have had over 30 years in the game and have played to 10 people and a club at capacity of over 5000. All of my mixes fall mainly into the deep house category, but may tend at times to include a bit of tech house and techno, just to add a bit of colour to the sets, I'm more of a hobbyist than a club dj, as i have never played live in any club, My main influences in all things house would be Carl cox, Peter kruder, Richard dorfmeister,Jimster,Dj hell,Florian meindl,Kaiserdisco,Mladen tomic,Ripperton, Antony pappa, deep child, deep groove, to name but a few, cheers all...Keep er lite!!!

Never as a youngster in a million years did I ever think I'd be mixing dance tunes .....My love was ( still is a bit ) heavy rock / thrash metal . Seen em all from AC/DC to ZZ Top , it all changed seeing Metallica in 84 tho , then a few years later Slayer. The energy was addictive . Used to make compilation tapes for my friends . It wasn't until attending an Ozric Tentacles concert did it all change again. It was in the very early start to the 90's. Eat Static were support , I witnessed a concert crowd mutate into a full blown dance event , when Static came on. Now , prior my rock / metal days, as a kid , I was brought up on the likes of Bowie , Queen , Donna Summer 10cc , disco and then ( the daddy ) Jean Michelle Jarre . I think those seeds sown as a youngster were suddenly awakened, they surpassed my love of heavy rock that night on the dance floor in a strange mutation moment of reality, the electronic vibes of the past blossoming with Eat Static having me dancing like a loon. I was hooked . I found my groove from moshing and headbanging to dancing non stop . I discovered rave . I was no longer raging like at metal gigs . From then on I discovered Goa / Psy trance. , visited all manner of hedonistic parties. The parties expanded, likes of Megadog .Return To the source, Otherworld , Pendragon , Earth dance ect ect ...that worm grew . So , as I always loved making mix rock tapes I decided to try ( still trying ) mixing Goa and Psy trance - starting with a pair of Sony discman's onto an old tape deck ! The rest is history . My efforts may not be brilliant , but if at least one of my attempts at mixing catches the ear , brings on a smile and a foot tap then its all good . I'm humbled to be able to be given the opportunity to try and mix and share such wonderful , energetic shamanic dance tunes and totally besotted by this genre's sound nearly 30 yrs on . Main flight deck ( spare bedroom static set up ) is made up of Numark Mixstream Pro Go , 4 Pioneer cdj 400's. a djm 800 mixer , recording MP3' or CD's onto a Howler Mp3 recorder , no pc. I also occasionally use a Numark Mixdesk Express in the garden to my neighbour's displeasure. All these systems I've used have now taken a backseat - the Numark Mixstream Pro Go currently has my attention . On purchasing a 2nd hand set I'm able with the likes of multiple JBL party go speakers I have the garden echoing to vibes when the weather permits. No matter what system tho , I still refuse to use any corrective programs or editing of any kind on any set up , so what you hear is totally 100% real, mistakes included , first off mixing -RAW , what you hear is exactly as in the moment BUT thats my own choice. I just hope my efforts tickle the space between your ears . GOA / PSY TRANCE always has , and always will be my altar , my religion . BOOMSHANKA! Love n peace My name is Oz - Sickrabbit

Got Into house music about 1987, didnt really know what it was until I went to Detroit Michicagan in 1991 ;to vist and wound up Moving there! Met Ken Colliier! (R.I.P.) ; Came back to Texas and Some how wound up at the Winter Music Conference in 2001( Havent been the same since) I got the opportunity to visit the Shelter in NYC 2002 LOST ;MY ;MIND! I have played in Chicago, NYC, but mainly southern states( TX, LA,TN, OK, MS, GA, FL) ; Currently im spinning in a club here in Dallas, having to change withthe hip hop times, but house is still my heart!
