M-Audio Torq Xponent (Purchased in the summer of 2009. Used for all of my current DJ sets, both for bedroom DJ'ing and live shows) My Toshiba laptop with over 10GB of electronic dance music, 99% of which is in MP3 format with a 320kbps bitrate. I began producing electronic dance music in 2006. I'm currently attending Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania as a Communications major focused on Audio Production. I became interested in audio production because of my passion for making music electronically. I began DJ'ing in 2008, starting out by purchasing the M-Audio ;X-Session Pro in the summer. ;I've become much more involved with DJ'ing after getting so much postive feedback from many of my friends. I eventually purchased the M-Audio Torq Xponent in the early Summer of 2009. By the time Fall came around, I was invited to ;DJ at my friend Justin's ; house party; this was my first time performing live! I DJ'ed there once more during the Winter of 2010. My next gig was at Montgomery County Community College's "Spring Fling Day" ;on April 21, 2010 where I played 2 sets, totaling 3 hours of DJ'ing in the middle of the campus. My next gig was at a going away party for my friend Kerri ;(goes by the DJ ;name Glues). There, I ;met her friend Drew (DJ ;Drucifer). I was then invited to play at the first Philly Edition of Disco 3000 on July 10, 2010. I played at the 2nd Disco 3000 held in Philly on August 21st, 2010. Without saying, this Disco 3000 went significantly better than the last, since I ;uploaded my sets from this Disco and not from one before. I can't wait to see what kind of gigs await me in the future. I will update this section as my life goes on. =) My 5 favorite producers/groups at the moment are: Benn Jordan (aka The Flashbulb), Shpongle, Phonat, Pendulum, and Skrillex.
