UK-based DJ it all began while out clubbing for the 1st time hearing the DJ mix songs I knew from that moment I wanted to be a DJ. Back in 2007 after downloading a free copy of Virtual DJ, I started mixing open format live on various online sites. I now use Rekordbox with a Pioneer DDJ1000 controller. My goal as a DJ is to be the best DJ I can be and someday play live in nightclubs around the UK. My influences are people like DJ Munz, James hype, David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Armin Van Buuren, Alok, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike.

I was born in Quebec, Canada. Very young, I developed an interest in dance music, it was always the most rhythmic songs that held my attention on the radio. My first 12 '' I bought was “Love Is In Control” by Donna Summer in 1982, but it was in 1987 that I really started my vinyl collection at a store named Import-O-Son where I also learned the basis of DJing. In 1988 I bought my first mixer that I connected with two family’s turntables. In 1990, I bought my own sound system and my own turntables, I was then addicted. In 1991, I began my series of mix tape called Martymix. I was selling for the bargain price of... $7. I also started my short DJ career; I was doing occasional replacement in a club for teenagers. I also made some mobile disco parties, my biggest being the Christmas party of policemen and firefighter of Quebec City. In 1994, a fire severely damaged my vinyl collection and my sound system. Also, having to start from scratch ended my DJ aspirations. I did get the opportunity to work with Beaugarte’s DJ Christian Pelletier in Ste-Foy. I remember once on a Monday night when there was a lot more customers than usual, I was requisitioned to play music to people who wanted to dance (there was never a DJ or dance on Mondays). This was my last live performance. I eventually returned to school in computer science and started my real career in life. In 2012, being nostalgic of DJing, I bought a small iDJ console to get back in the "beat", but it was not until early 2014 that I really got to work producing a mix of my favorite 50 songs of the year 2013. I then got the idea of reproducing my Martymix tapes with my console, and later launched my series club-a-holic to get in today’s sounds. Although today's technologies greatly facilitate the work of the DJ, I always have great pleasures behind my console and my computer trying to create the best transitions for my listeners.
