Born & raised in London, I grew up surrounded by lots of cultures which groomed me to hear & love many musical genres. In my teens an amazing man whom I looked up to (R.I.P. Clement) gave me a pair of Gemini belt drive turntables & told me to practise & make it a way of releasing my pent up energy... Since then I have played at all sorts of events from Universities to bars & clubs to special events & parties! My musical influences come from a wide, varied range of input both as a child growing up in a house of HiLife, Motown, Soul & Funk music mixed with my own tastes in Hiphop, Indie, Garage, RnB etc. My life changed when I heard The Notorious B.I.G’s 1997 Album, Life After Death. House Is Life and i am addicted Been collecting music for 36 years and very proud of my vinyl collection from the 80's/90's. In my opinion the 80's was the best time for music and left me inspired by the great musicians and artists who left a legacy behind and music is still influenced by those heroes. Not afraid to experiment with sounds and always searching the globe for something a little different, and if recent releases don't cater for my needs, then there is always the archives. My Listening Genre's - House, Soulful House, Deep House, Afro House, Jazz House, Latin House, Tribal House, Lounge, Nu-Jazz, Soul, RNB, D&B, Garage, 2 Step. Music has always been my pastime and enjoyed the occasional gigs and live sets, but never really took my passion to the next level. Life is kinda hectic and faded out of the scene for a considerable time but now back to basics doing what i enjoy, pretty serious about my music and hope that i can spread some joy along the way...love peace and prosperity to all. I think music in itself is healing. It's an explosive expression of humanity. It's something we are all touched by. No matter what culture we're from, everyone loves music.
