In the mid 90s DJ Flex played at the Hottest underground club in Rochester, NY known as Club Marcella. He played every Sunday night. The club was a mix of Gay, straight, Ginos (guidos), club Kids & Ravers. Sunday nights were known for the amazing Drag Shows that included many great female impersonators including Pandora Boxx who has now become an international sensation and they were also the night to get down and dance to the sounds of DJ FLEX.
We are very lucky to have found some recorded tapes and this is about 45 minutes that you can experience either once again or just as a way to understand how EDM has progressed over the years.
this was all done using 2 Tecnic 1200's - a Rane Mixer and records. Flex was against using CDs at that time.
