All mixes are 100% vinyl -no digital malarkey!- and live without edits or tweaking afterwards. (Imho vinyl mixes are especially nice for their perfect imperfection 🙃). Just my trusty wheels of steel and a mixer (without fancy effects & buttons). Pre (aprox) 2010 mixes were spun using Soundlabs , upgraded to Technics MK2s since then.Almost all mixes are on-the-fly. Born in Santiago de Compostela city, Galicia, Spain, in 1983. At the beginning of his career, he use to organized -always in a personal way- small parties with friends, while he was continuing to play in a small Galician club as a DJ resident, every month. There, he started trying to improve and learn about audio and everything concerning it. Nowadays his musical expression is mainly about TECHNO-DARK-MINIMAL, and Manu Breta sessions are intense. Their atmosphere can sometime be dark or have millimeters sounds, which result in incredible musical mixtures easy to dance with. Using Fx and digital methods allows to play sets in a personal style with regard to the musical choices and combinations, for instance in breaking the music lines when playing. His expressions are built on minimalistic sounds, with techno references and a very large variety of musical choices from today and from the past.
