My name is DJ Zoli, and music has been part of my life since childhood. For nearly 15 years, my life was deeply connected to discos and the club scene. I started my DJ career in 1993, fully dedicating myself to mixing and creating music for clubs and events. My energetic style quickly made me a familiar face, and I built a strong connection with the crowd wherever I played. Over the years, I had the chance to travel and perform on different stages, gaining not only musical experience but also personal growth. Feeling the energy of the people and turning it into music became my signature. In 2008, I decided it was time for a change and stepped away from active DJing. Even today, I don’t play at big events anymore, but my passion for music and mixing is still alive.I’m still part of the music community, and I’m proud of everything I’ve achieved. There Was A DJ By The Name Of DJ SHAD....Man He Was Awesome...The Mixes Was Out Of This World..And The Music Was Something I Would Play Or Put Into rotation.Getting Myself On The Radio Was A Blessing..I Was Nervous At First...But Then Everything Fell In Place Where They Needed To Be.At That Moment And Time I Was Like...Man This Is What I Was Made To Do...Spin Records That Make People Feel Good. I Didn't Know The Bar Owner..But There Was Some People In There That Knew Me,And Knew What I Could Do. So I Was Introduced To The Bar Owner By My Uncle Folk-A-Nem...I Got Up There And Rocked The House..Man I Was Feeling Good About My Job.From That Point On I'v Been DJing Around Springfield Every Since. I'v Learned Alot From A Few DJ's Around Here That Showed Me The Ropes On Becoming A Professional DJ. Big Props Goes Out To DJ J.D...DJ PEPPER COOK...And DJ Trouble-T. I've been mixing on turntables since 1984. I am also a turntablist. I listen to & mix many genres of music. My tools are: Serato DJ, 2 x Stanton ST150 turntables, Rane Sixty Two mixer & a Dell XPS laptop. I also own 2 Pioneer CDJ1000 MK2 cd turntables, a Pioneer DDJ-SX 4 channel controller & an M-Audio Midi Trigger Pad.
