***********Music expresses feelings and thoughts without language. It was below and before speech, and it is above and beyond all words********** Without music life would be a mistake ♫ My grandfather was an amazing musician and influenced my love for music from my early years on. I started DJing at the age of 18, when my mother asked me if I want a driving licence for my birthday or a record player - I decided for the record player ☺ My idols were and are Todd Terry, Westbam, Gary D., Paul Oakenfold, Steve "Silk" Hurley, Tyree Cooper, Matthias Heilbronn and many others. I spinned "live" at a few parties and at some clubs. I love all types of music, so I spinned "Salsa and Merengue" for a few years too - love the Latin vibe. My style depends on my daily mood ;)) House-Mixes is a great site to share our passion for music...keep the vibe alive ☺

contact me contact me Marc Whitelaw A.K.A 'Whitey' has been in and around the clubbing scene for over a decade, starting off listening to legends such as Frankie Knuckles, Louie Vega & Todd Terry tearing up Dancefloor's all over the word. The respect gained from these artists lead Whitey into looking at becoming a DJ and being more involved in the underground scene.   Whitey then became more aware of the Hard Dance scene having followed the likes of the Tidy Boys where he found where he's DJ soul lies. From then on Whitey started playing Hard Dance & Trance. His energetic style would ensure that every Dancefloor he played at would be at it's peak.   Although his heart lies in the Harder scene, 2003 was a massive turning and Whitey found himself falling deeper into the underground Funky House scene. From this point he teamed up with his friend Craig Elliott: the duo who brought you Sunday Sessions.   From then on Whitey has never looked back and has concentrated on playing Funky & Soul House Music, right upto Tech & Electro - although from time to time you may find Whitey going back to his roots with some 'Stomping' Hard House & Trance sets Contact me
