DJ LOTECK is part of the Dutch DJ scene mixing & producing different styles of House Music and as the age grows trying to tone down a little and getting a little more into the Deep and Melodic side of the House scene. TacehT is the creative force behind several online shows including 5by5 Sessions, Night Shift, EDM vs IDM, Red Deck Diaries, and the Five Journeys Series Mixtape Series. She also hosts the LoFi Underground Podcast and is the founder of True Deep Movement (TDM Collective) and ZemeFest. Hi Everyone . I like to introduce myself to all music lovers: DJBEAR a.k.a DJBERKAND “Purveyor of deep, infectious dance grooves and a feel-good atmosphere.” That’s how Berkand describes himself as a DJ. Never afraid to go too deep, his emotive musical selections are his own therapy. Having grown up on his father’s eclectic combination of Rock N Roll music (Elvis Presley,The Beatles), European pop stars (Mina, Julio Iglesias, Adriano Celentano), synth-infused 80s music (Depeche Mode, Gary Numan)… all which became infused with his own love for both disco, jazz and soft rock music, Berkand ended up with quite a mixed spectrum of musical influence. Today, this translates into sets where he picks apart and infuses together all the pieces of this music that he loves best: beautiful synth work, ethereal backdrops, brooding basslines, and occasional vocal hooks… all on top of a pronounced foot-shuffling house beat. A very active member of Deep House community, Berkand is no stranger to the ups-and-downs of a small-town music scene. Though he loves playing in nightclubs, patios and special events, his love for music goes beyond the spectrum of mixing tunes. As a producer, amateur pianist, and promoter, he has found plenty of ways to express himself musically. Born as a son of a DJ, what options did I have.....Hahahaha...:-))) I was influenced by music my whole life and I always try to give back something in my Mixes!
