Jordan Fitzsimmons is a young DJ with a fanatical passion for deep, soulful, jackin’ House music and it’s a sound that he plays all over the North East where he lives. Jordan’s past gigs include ‘Souldeep’, ‘Strictly Headshots’, ‘Haze’ and ‘Modify’. After appearing in SSW’s Goldmine Room on numerous occassions, we thought it was about time Jordan got a chance to spin in the Pressure Point, after all he has been one of the most travelled Goldmine guys to share the decks with fellow Goldmine DJs as a guest at their events. He has travelled to Edinburgh and Glasgow to guest for both ‘Souljack’ and ‘Mondo Loco’ where his M.A.W., Chandler, Phil Asher, Migs And ‘Trouble’ Anderson influenced sets went down a storm. He currently promotes ‘Funk Essential’, which is proving to be yet another big night for him in the North East. If you are into the mo’ soulful side of House, Jordan Fitzsimmons is a purist and master of this genre and it’s a set not to be missed at any cost.

AS MY FATHER USED TO BE A DRUMMER ! I DISCOVERED MY LOVE TO THE MUSIC IN MY URLY AGES. WITH 12 YEARS I STARTED TO DO MI FIRST MIX TAPES'S AND 2 YEAR LATER I DID SPIN MY FIRST TIME IN A LOCAL CLUB IN OUR VILLAGE BECAUSE OF MY JOB I HAD TO STEP BACK WITH THE MUSIC .... FIEW YEARS LATER I RESTARTED WITH DJ'ING AND DID BUILD UP MY OWN HOME STUDIO. FROM TIME TO TIME I USED TO PLAY IN SOME LOCAL CLUBS ARROUND ZÜRICH, BUT I NEVER DID IT PROFESSIONAL, IT WAS ALWAYS A HOBBY AND LOVE TO THE MUSIC FOR ME. 2 YEARS AGO I COMPLETLY RESTARTED WITH THE MUSIC AND KEEP PUSHING IT IN ALL WAYS AND DIRECTIONS .....

Hello Party People! I am DJ SoulSh@ker, DJ Emi@L older name (Emile Banen). From the 80's i was fascinated to listen mixes on radio 3 The BVD (Bond van Doorstarters) So i thought i can do this too. Make cut and past mixes on The Akai GX-635D reel to reel tapedeck with 10" Maxell alluminium reels. After that i was fascinated to mix music on old audio and vintage DJ Gear. Repair them if it doesn't work. And sell them if i had enough of it. First mixes what i made where broadcasted on radio 538 "The Dance Top 40" in 1997. I recorded the mixes and jingles (With my own voice) on tape (Tape decks) and later on 386 computers. And after that on MD'.s (Minidiscs). Also i have make enough homemade projects like amplifiers, speakers and 3mtr transmitters. (Yes i was a pirate on the radio in the 90's) with many school and outside friends. I started DJing at the age of 18, when my mother asked me if I want a driving licence for my birthday or a record player - I decided for the record player ☺ My idols were and are Todd Terry, Westbam, Gary D., Paul Oakenfold, Steve "Silk" Hurley, Tyree Cooper, Matthias Heilbronn and many others. I spinned "live" at a few parties and at some clubs. I love all types of music, so I spinned "Salsa and Merengue" for a few years too - love the Latin vibe.
