Hailing from the Midlands, but currently residing in the south-west, Robbie Dogg started out back in 1998, after seeing the likes of Judge Jules, Lisa Pin-up and Lee Dagger ripping up the dance-floor and the well known Monastery venue in Torquay. From those moments, he decided that he could do with being involved in the DJ scene. Playing a few slots here and there in the local club circuit back then, (Claires/Monastery/Hot Banana’s/Dicey O’ Reillys) and having an extensive background knowledge of music from playing in bands and such like, his skills developed in Dj-ing and started going from strength to strength. Then in 2001 due to unforeseen circumstances, Dogg hung up the headphones, and left the dance secene well and truly behind, but back in late 2009, after several pushes from friends and family, he picked up the headphones again, and got back on the hollowed one’s and two’s and is now more involved than ever with the hard dance scene. After starting up a Promotion brand for Hard Dance events in Exeter (DOGGHOUSE PROMOTIONS) in 2009, he hosted a couple events, alongside fellow friends and Hard Dance up and coming stars TONGUE & GROOVE.
