I am a Trance DJ from Sacramento California. I started listening to Trance when I was about 15 and have been hooked ever since. In 2001 I was given 2 Technics SL1200's and a box of records from a local legend Dj Dennis. I was a terrible DJ for many years, but over time I honed my talents and became proficient. Now I use a custom mapped Midi controller and Traktor to mix and record. :)

Ableton Live 6 Don't DJ Hey there. My name's Rowan Canute and I'm a 30 year old from the South of England. At the age of 15 I discovered electronic music and started going to endless trance parties in London. In 2001 I began experimenting with hardware synthesizers along side my studies, until the decision was made to intertwine the two which lead to a BA (HONS) degree in Music Production. While studying in Brighton, I began DJing as The BFG at local events such as Enlightenment, 180 degrees and XS. After a few years of gaining valuable knowledge in the art of producing I decided to concentrate solely on mixing my own tracks. Since then I've played my music at a few parties in the South of England alongside innovative UK talent such as OOOD, Psymmetrix, Error Corrective and Compressor. In 2008 I released a track called Planet Earth on SunDance records (Australia) and in the last couple of years i have been organising the release of a debut album. Since early years, I've been really addicted to all kind of music. And because music is the energy for our soul, I just can't stop living without it! Passing through severals kinds of style of music, and making me a good listener I found my coup of tea when I tremple by accident in the world of Progressive House. Since than it runs into my veins consuming me completly, so much that making simple compilations wasn't good enough. So, I step myself out and now I'm trying djing! Dj D aka Dusty was carried along with electronic music since 1996. First he was keen on Hardcore and Break-beat but later he became interested in Big-beat and Drum and bass culture. He started his dj's career in 2000. He studied at dj-school Back2School. In three month after beginning studying at school, he was declared as a Back2School's year revelation and began teaching there. Thanks to him underground culture now has a lot of djs, his apprentices who play various music styles. Since 2000 he played big-beat, in 2001 drum'n'bass, then switched to ragga-jungle. By the way, Dj Dusty's the first dj who started playing ragga-jungle in Ukraine. He's an organizer of plenty of parties in different Kiev night clubs. He took part in many parties in different cities of Ukraine, Russia and Belarus. He performed on one scene with such celebrities as Rcola, Technical Itch, Bad Company, Future Prophecies, John B, The Panacea, Limewax and a lot of other internationally known artists, not mentioning many Russian and Ukrainian representatives of the scene. Now he lives in Stuttgart, Germany and had began the tech house career.
