Numark N4, Traktor Scratch Pro2, Ableton Live 9, Graphite 49, running on a Quad Core Desktop PC running Windows 7 A real mixed bag tbh. I got a lot of stuff from the mid nineties right through to the present day. I enjoy mixing anything really but I do tend to prefer Trance and Progressive Trance. Armin Van Buuren. Above & Beyond. Paul Oakenfold. Cosmic Gate. Cass & Slide. Sasha. Paul Van Dyke. Nitros Oxide. John O'callaghan. Third Eye has been working passionately as a DJ and a promoter for 18 years, playing at venues throughout the Midlands. He plays all forms of dance music but specialises in Uplifting Trance. Third Eye takes great pride in his tight beat mixing. His sets are always fresh, eclectic and uplifting. He draws the crowds and works the club to create an ecstatic frenzy. Third Eye is available for bookings for paid and voluntary gigs immediately. If your a club, bar or promoter then get in touch now:- dj.robbo@sky.com or 07807 345 295.

I´ve got the Korg Radias, a very ergonomical Synthesizer. At the Moment I try to make my own recordings, but it´s a bit difficult without a good audio-interface.

Welcome to my House-Mixes.com page, hope you enjoy what I upload for you all! Some of these mixes are from my old tapes, minidiscs, harddrives, etc, that I am digging out that I want to share with other electronic music fans! Apologies in advance if some recordings are not the best quality. And yes I am a lazy fucker when it comes to tracklists...use Shazam or ask me by leaving a comment if you need to know what a song is, and I will do my best to find out. Heres my story: I grew up on Long Island about 30 minutes from Manhattan. I started DJing at the age of 18 after promoting for clubs on Long Island starting when I was a kid. (This was before they changed the drinking age from 18 to 21 in 1984). I have spun records at some of the biggest venues in New York City, The Hamptons and Miami during the 1990's. My most favorite gear are my Technics 1200's mKIIs!! Then I moved onto Denons 2000-Fs and Pioneer CDJ-700s. Later I picked up the awesome CDJ-1000's. I was anti-MP3 for a while but things have changed alot in the past few years. The new era of digital media controllers finally gained my full acceptance into the digital music place with the the Denon MC-6000 Traktor controller, I am still using Serato and my Technics 1200's as well. When I started spinning records it was just turntables and LPs back in the day...hanging in the record shops (Satellite Records, Vinylmania, 8-Ball Records, Liquid Sky, Tower Records) listening to cassettes on my walkman in downtown NYC of the lastest DJ mixes on the street while waiting for a release of a new white label LP remix. Way before the internet, Napster, iTunes and great sites like house-mixes.com!! The ubiquitous software Sync button wasn't invented yet! Those days all that lugging around of heavy crates of records ( I still own all of my old LPs) and the digital era gave way to much lighter books of CD's then featherweight USB drives full of MP3's. Digital media took all of the sweat equity out of DJing! Here is the short list of where I spun: NYC - Studio 54, China Club, Twilo, Tunnel, Limelight, Hush, Mirage, Red Zone, Big City Diner, Bedrox, Rehab, Mirage, Nativa, Jet Lounge, Cheetah, Life, Metronome, Saci, Palladium, Float, Tavern on the Green, Aria, Tatou, Mirage, Octogon, Club USA, The Copacobana, Wax, Mr Fuji's Tropicana, NV, Chaos, Danceteria, OHM, Soundfactory, Supperclub, TILT, Wunderbar, Save The Robots, Exit, Shine Miami - KGB, The Spot, Amnesia, The Living Room, BASH, The Clevelander, Liquid, Groove Jet Hamptons - Consicence Point, Tavern, Star Room, Cabana I was also lucky enough to be exposed to some of the greatest New York DJ Talent at that time frequenting spaces and parties with the likes of Soulfinger Sam, DJ Shorty, Grand Master Flash, Paul Oakenfold, Junior Vasquez, Shiran Nicholson, DJ Icey, DJ Azamra, Jackie Christy, Hex Hector, Danny Teneglia, Sasha and Digweed, Paul Van Dyke, DJ Boris, Liquid Todd, and DJ Keoki. Toward the end of the 90's the NYC politicians had a hard on to shut the doors of the New York City nightclub business attacking club owners like Peter Gatien, and eventually shutting the doors on the biggest venues in the city. The fascist Anti-Rave act was passed in April 2003 making electronic music gatherings illegal in the US. Thus the new small lounge/table service clubs was born. The greedy club owners and promoters sacrificed dancefloors and good music and talented DJs for their bottleservice and bottom lines. This along with growing tired of having to chase down sketchy promoters and club owners for my money after my sets I had decided to move on to greener pastures. After Sept 11th 2001 attacks, I became less interested in playing crowded venues and moved into the private event industry.
