Hello Party People! I am DJ SoulSh@ker, DJ Emi@L older name (Emile Banen). From the 80's i was fascinated to listen mixes on radio 3 The BVD (Bond van Doorstarters) So i thought i can do this too. Make cut and past mixes on The Akai GX-635D reel to reel tapedeck with 10" Maxell alluminium reels. After that i was fascinated to mix music on old audio and vintage DJ Gear. Repair them if it doesn't work. And sell them if i had enough of it. First mixes what i made where broadcasted on radio 538 "The Dance Top 40" in 1997. I recorded the mixes and jingles (With my own voice) on tape (Tape decks) and later on 386 computers. And after that on MD'.s (Minidiscs). Also i have make enough homemade projects like amplifiers, speakers and 3mtr transmitters. (Yes i was a pirate on the radio in the 90's) with many school and outside friends. I first started djing around about 12 years ago when i was 17. It was by chance i knew a dj in a bar and one week he asked me if i could do his set for him as he couldnt make it and gave me a brief lesson on what to do and from there i was hooked. I started getting sets playing hip hop and garage in Doncaster and sheffield and then discovered speed garage in 2001 and then started playing that. During that time myself and 2 others started a label called Gridlockd Records which became one of the biggest labels in the scene in a very short time as we were the only label making original tracks. Fast forward 12 years and in that time i played the first bassline set on bbc 1xtra, put together a compilation for ministry of sound (Maximum bass 2007) And had tracks signed to mos and all around the world (Universal). I decided in 2008 that i wasnt gonna pidgeonhole myself to one genre and went self employed as a dj and tutor. Around that time i got my own show on local legal radio station sine fm and my weekend vibes show did so well they moved me from 2-3 sat afternoon to 6-8 saturday night the show before dj legend graeme park. Nowadays i do a show called the history of Dance music on sine fm 102.6fm in Doncaster or www.sinefm.com worldwide every tuesday evening 8pm-10pm.

Levin Scheips born 1985 is a german artist based in bielefeld, north rine-westphalia. He started his career as a dj and producer early 2008 and in the begining he merely recorded some podcasts for his private audience like just everyone. Addicted to music making, meeting and learning from a lot of good producers he has grown in what he’s doing till today. On stage Levin has found his own unique style to perform live with a bunch of midi controllers in combination with a classic dj act. The sound he plays is depending on the event but mostly in a kind of deep and driving techno that comes with a intense energy. Peaktime music! On the other hand in his studio levin is further more used to produce calm and melodical tunes. The releases and podcasts he builds are much more atmospheric, frisky and progressive.
