bought my 1st set of decks in 92 ... Love Vandalism remixes they sure know how to remix a tune. Favorite tune recently has to be Axwell- I Found You - Now thats oldskool Piano! Best Tune Ever Has to Be "Last Rythmn - Last Rythmn" , What a tune to end the night.Love the classics Ce Ce Rogers is a legend what a voice ! you can't beat the classics.Recent influences are people such as Pete Tong. For the old stuff - 80s Chicago house, Detroit techno, and some classic dance tunes from the 80s - it's all on dusty vinyl. Two Technics SL-1200MK2's, a Denon DN-X120 which is decent for the price and Sennheiser HD 280 Pro headphones which I'm really liking. For some newer sounds, I'm playing with Ableton Live 7, an APC40 which I'm loving, and a M-Audio Fast Track Pro which is pissing me off. The drivers are crap (check their forums for endless complaints). It works fine on my PC desktop but not on my laptop which is where I wanted to use it.

Goya MusicMan, a passionate DJ, started his music journey in 1999 at just 16 years old. What began as a hobby turned into a career spanning over two decades. By 2008, he was already performing as a semi-professional DJ. He built his reputation playing at clubs like Platinum Lounge (2008-2009), Café del Khuze (2010-2012), and Dukes Grill Lounge (2011-2015). From 2016 to 2019, he became a freelancer, touring with King Maestro in various cities across South Africa. Between 2019 and 2021, he took a break from club gigs to study political science but continued making mixtapes for his podcast, The Goya MusicMan Show. In 2022, he helped create music event concepts for The Sauce Lifestyle Café in Polokwane, including the successful PLK Plastic Affair, which ran until 2024 and featured international DJs. In 2022, he was hired by Seventh House Ltd. to produce a jazz mix for Eddie Harris. Today, he runs Goya Music SA, an aspiring record label, and continues to DJ, create mixtapes, and train as a music producer under Victor Duba at Lepatata Records. His journey is all about passion, growth, and pushing boundaries in music.
