I have always been around music since those heady days of stop/start taping of pirate radio stations....(very useful for developing editing techniques.)...Early influences were moog based /synth sounds ,fat baselines,and rhythm guitar licks ,eg nile rodgers,brass construction ,fatback,bootzy collins,and of course the late great GODFATHER OF SOUL.(JAMES BROWN)...basically anything WITH FUNK!...Then came ELECTRO,again synth based sounds ,eg gary newman,kraftwerk,omd,new order........... dj..d @various underground parties,M.O.S . ibiza..GIVE/H.O.H/ TENDER/FLY/KIMBERLEY/GOLDEN DELICIOUS/SUNNY-SIDE UP/MY FRONT ROOM,MY WEDDING!DARBY&JOAN, ET AL . musical influences again very varied ,love , breaks,deep house, melodic trance,funky house,trippy d`n`b,and, and .... basically everything !! which hopefully is reflected in my tunes ! .i also must mention Laurent webb (wubble u),whom is not only a great friend ,but has helped me enormously, with regards developing my studio skills .....! luv ya......xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ; timewriter.terry lee brown.olivier lieb.roberto rodrigues.joris voorn,leftfield,way out west,orbital,and radioslave.....

Life can change, hope you enjoy my live mixes. After experiencing the Acid House scene in the late 80's, evolving with the sounds of Jungle & the rising Rave culture into to the 90's. DJ Thes B (real name Theron Burge) found that the Techno beat was for him. Those influences never went away. In the mid 90's life took many turns with the music always in the background. With that came changes. Enjoyment for Techno never went as these changes past by over the decades. Thes B returned to music with support & encouragement of an old friend. Playing from commercial charts, Electro, House, DnB & even the odd Reggae tune at various venues & small parties. For several years he enjoyed playing for a promotion company based in Swansea: Subversion Underground Techno, with their passion for Acid Techno (in all its forms) Thes B played 1-2-3 hour sets as the warm up for the headliner, Thes B has been able to develop his own personal style of Techno. After playing many venues Thes B played Techno for 5yrs on a weekly internet radio show Theron Live on Audiobunker.net, the last show aired 1st May 2020. Now at the ‘ripe age of 49’, his enjoyment of the music and his passion for getting the Bass on the dance-floor just keeps growing stronger. In the early part of 2014 Thes B decided to run a monthly Techno Session series. This is a 1hr mix recorded live & posted on the first day of each calendar month. I'd like to compose set that are linear and good to listening when on a car, at home, like a podcast, putting new release and old goodies, too. I start to listen to electronic music when i was 11, and from the first techno-hardcore songs that i listened, my love have never gone down!! Music is the universe, is the good vibration that pervades us, and that we have to flow in and around us to make our days harmonious and peaceful. Good listening to all.
