Nacido en los 80’s…e influenciado por la música de esa década principalmente por estilos como el techno-pop... amante de bandas como : Noel, Axodry, Depeche Mode, The Twins, 16 bit… entre otras muchas. Fue en el año 2003 cuando David comenzara a tener su primer contacto con las bandejas. Desde entonces, ha participado de cuanto evento under se ha cruzado en su camino, habiendo compartido cabina con infinidad de dj’s de muy diversos estilos y técnicas ( Luis Callegari, JP. Pfirter, German Rovira, Carlos Ruiz, Juan Pryor, Damian DP, Laura Seh, Zapowy, Miss Akane…entre otros...) Ha llegado a enriquecer sus sets hasta transformarse en un dj de gran versatilidad. Reacio a ser encasillado en estilos, es uno de esos dj’s que permanentemente sorprende a la audiencia. House, y tech house … son los nutrientes que prefiere para generar una constante conexión con la pista de baile y crear así intensos ambientes festivos, o lograr exquisitos climas para un warm up. Con este sello musical, apoyado en una personalidad de singular carisma y su irresistible atracción por el show…. Su carrera va creciendo día a día rápidamente. Es una de las futuras promesas que nos presenta el underground de la noche porteña. Tan abocado a su faceta de dj como a la de productor…trabajando en conjunto para ello con su compañero Raul Sabaris , con quien conforma el dúo Fucking Name. Depues de regresar de de una gira por el viejo continente en la que recorrio cuidades como Madrid y Barcelona. Dave promete este año traernos ritmos frescos y renovados, llenos de energia

Funky Monkey met with electronic music in the late 80's with basic from C64 and soon also started with some easy productions. After getting new equipment in the mid 90's he also started to get contact into the electronic music. He started to produce private trance and progressive tracks in years 1997-2002. After this he got in contact with House Music (This was and still is his biggest love) and started to produce house tracks. Now he's spinning at closed private parties and making exclusive sets to the WWW for people and online Radio stations. pair of pioneer CDJ200's DJM 600 mixer FL studio 8 XXL producer edition a pair of technics 1210's dont rly use em much though some cheap old monitors lol Hercules DJ Control MP3 E2 USB DJ Controller with Traktor Pro 3 After learning how to DJ at the age of 15 at a music project in Leeds, within a year i was working for the company and from this learned sound engineering in their studio, recording bands and singers and also teaching DJing, Music Production and working with film and theatre projects to disadvantaged youths and people with learning disabilities. I was a regular in the early Hard Dance scene frequenting clubs such as Sundissensial, Bounce, Parlez Vous and many others, as well as DJing at clubs in Leeds such as The Mint Club, Evolution, The Warehouse and many other clubs and bars. My love of Hard Dance and DJing progressed into producing after i purchased FL Studio and started to see what i could come up with. Learning the program bit by bit and learning techniques from other producers who came in to work in the studio with me. Now, After a long break i'm back DJing and producing music again, this is mainly due to my Uncle Randy "Randyman" Robinson, arguably the best live bongo player in Leeds and he inspired me to get back on the decks and making music again. With Randy we Formed Randyman Productions, A creative company which includes DJ's, live bongo players, graphic designers and film editors and i frequently DJ in and around Yorkshire at various bars and private parties usually accompanied by Randyman on live percussion. after the break, the music i started djIng was Funky, Soulful, Disco Electro and jackin house. Well thats a little bit about myself so have a listen to my mixes and tell me what you think, and feel free to join the Randyman Productions group on FaceBook x Gotta be my uncle Randolph "RandyMan" Robinson, an awesome percussionist. he got me into the genre that i love so much now and most of my dj sets now are accompanied by him live. Wouldnt have got back into djing and playing out in clubs and bars if it wasnt for him, hope to eventually record a live set with him playing percussion with me at some point in the future.
