Hi all, I’m DJ Lady P. I’ve had an interest in music since the mid 80s and really got into collecting vinyl towards the end of the decade ('87). I've always been a lover of underground music, and listening to pirate radio stations, e.g. Kiss, Lazer & Sub Zero. I would be the one up late at night recording the latest releases on a tape recorder, trying to record shows without the talking. I used to get some of my vinyl from Body Music in North London, Silver Back Records, West London and Reckless Records in Soho to name a few. I first tried mixing when my brother was moving and he gave me his gold-plated Technics 1210s. Then I started helping a friend out doing a Disco night for 5 years at The Spread Eagle in Rayleigh, eventually taking over. Most of my time got taken up sorting out playlists on CDs, so I did not have the time to play my vinyl. However, Disco wasn't really my thing so I did a few private parties instead, which were fun. Then a friend introduced me to TJO and he invited me to his for a mix, and after a half hour "audition" he put me live on Twisted Radio!! He thought I did very well and lent me his spare CDJs as I did not have any. He was full of support and encouragement, urging me to keep at it. A few years down the line and TJO once again gave me an opportunity to play on the radio, this time with HorizonFM.net. I jumped at the chance. I played with Horizon for 3 years, starting with Minimal/Tech House, moving onto Electro and then Progressive House, making some great new friends along the way. Since then I’ve played on a few other radio stations, but nothing as regular. I've also started organizing my own events - “Infected," which is Progressive house and Hard Trance and "Infected Jungle," which is... Jungle!! Hard work but worth it.

A favorable aspiring underground artist from the farthest reaches of the USA. Juan is a DJ and producer who loves to create energetic sets and deep warm lush vibes. One thing is for certain is he doesn't care that much about the current scene in particular. He pretty much stands for him self and his fans. Juan has influences just like every other artist and for example oldschool PVD, Digweed and of course Askew to name a few. Juan enjoys life enough that he doesn't really rely on getting famous. Juan says "a small intimate personal following is enough for me."Juan is also a purist who loves quality and uses nothing else but turntables. More info coming soon. No matter what I do, life just always pushes me back to music. It is difficult to put into words just how much music means to me. I am thankful to love something this much. Music for me is as precious as the air I breathe. Music is a universal language. A gift from heaven most certainly. I believe the same as Bob Marley did. One love absolutely. The world needs good music and good artists to unify people given how the world has been going. I am most certainly not the best and also not the worst. I can hold my own extremely firmly at huge performances and I spin proudly and happily. Yet I spin just as fine next to the poolside on a weekend. The fact is I enjoy music immensely. I always have a song playing in my head. My heart is in the right place. My sincere wish for you to also enjoy this wonderful gift we have been given. I do music in my way. But if a person's day is made due to a song I played or composed, Happiness. I have been so blessed in my life to see people enjoy beautiful moments that changed their lives forever for the better. So I absolutely love music and I respect it's power to change lives. I am however just a flesh and blood person. I grow everyday to be better than yesterday. Doesn't always go that way. I tip my hat to the magic of other peeple's skill with music as well. I still learn every day. I am just grateful to be able to make my own. I am Jay D. No more, no less. I am at your service and proudly so. DJs that I've shared the decks with: Erica Elle (5fm) Roger Goode(5fm) DJ Costa (Bump) DJ Dizzy Mark Stent Dr Drew (Binc Events) Essential Groove TTT (Cover 2 Cover, Boom) Craig White (United DJs) Muzzi Muzz Nick the Greek (United DJs) Lindi Lush Mark Pilgrim DJ Fresh Rays Da Funk Ryno Wreckit G Decks Jaz Mickey D DJ Electrobot Baby Lee Dee Lyle Masters Jason Seeber and many more... An honor and a privileged it has been to play music alongside such legends. To their credit some were mentors to me even. Musicians building up musicians. Heartwarming stuff. All I can do in repayment is to do the job as best possible with what has been shared so kindly. And to their credit, they made sure I learned well. Things you don't find on the net :D I have been playing music for a long time. I can do some magic. So magic I will do for you to the best of my skill. That IS my guarantee to you. But I will let the work speak for itself. But I sincerely do hope you like what you find. It makes me happy to see you happy. That is why we do this after all :D
