Login Problems
If you are having difficulty logging in to your account please try the following to clear your cookies:
INTERNET EXPLORER 8
- Choose the Tools menu option at the top then Internet Options.
- Under browsing history select delete to open up another dialogue.
- Tick Temporary Internet Files and Cookies checkboxes.
- Untick 'Preserve Favourite Website Data' checkbox and click Delete.
- Restart Internet Explorer.
- Login to your account.
INTERNET EXPLORER 7
- Choose the Tools menu option at the top then Internet Options.
- Under browsing history select delete to open up another dialogue.
- Delete your Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.
- Restart Internet Explorer.
- Login to your account.
FIREFOX
- Select Tools.
- Select Options.
- Select Privacy.
- In Private area click Clear Now.
- In Clear Private Data window put the check mark for Cookies and click Clear Private Data Now.
- Click OK.
