I have been DJing for the past 17 years, and have played many different styles of music in bars and clubs across the UK.
I started at the age of 12, playing Hip-Hop, learning how to mix alongside an older crowd of MC's, DJ's and Producers who are now quite prolific in the UK Hip-Hop scene today. At the age of 17, I joined a band called 'The Hooded Crop', (MC's I had first met when I was thirteen!) and we played a couple of gigs during 1998, but due to lack of commitment from certain crew members, the group disbanded.
After that, I opened my horizons and embraced the House music scene, went from there to playing Speed Garage, Trance, and then Hard House over the next six years, and finally in the present day, I now focus my attention on everything from indie, drum & bass, dubstep, soul, 80's Rock, Breakdance, Breaks, & US + UK Hip-Hop...
Nothing gets left out these days!!
As far as live performances go now, you'll find me at Carpe Diem in Leeds every Monday night, as resident DJ for Lyrically Justified Open Mic, and on Hip Hop Basement Radio (www.hhbradio.com) every first Thursday of the month @ 9pm, presenting The All Points North Show, featuring mixes from myself showcasing the best in local Leeds talent, exclusive interviews, top UK tracks, and a trickle of sounds from the US.
On this site you'll be able to listen to the entire back catalogue of my radio show, so keep checking back as I'll be uploading them as quick as I can!
